Set along the beautiful Costa Brava, Casa Passeig is a spacious, multi-level townhouse offering the perfect blend of modern design and Mediterranean charm. Located on the main square of Cadaqués, just 50 m from the beach, this 10-bedroom property boasts quaint views in a tranquil setting.
The villa's expansive layout is designed for both comfort and entertainment. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, induction hob, two dishwashers, and a fridge, opening onto a large terrace. Adjacent to the kitchen is a smaller dining area seating 8, while the dining room comfortably accommodates 20 guests and also leads to the terrace. Off from the dining area, there is a social living room featuring sofas and a TV. Additional features on this floor include a wine cellar, guest toilet, and a laundry room.
The first floor hosts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and private balcony access. The second floor offers five more en-suite bedrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for all guests. Guests can reach both floors via a newly-added lift within the building, which is great for those with mobility issues.
Outside, the villa truly shines with it's enclosed garden. There is a private covered pool (8 x 4 m), a covered barbecue area, and a stunning garden terrace with seating for 20. With a lift, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking for three cars, Casa Passeig has everything you will need! In addition, the villa's location in the centre of the picturesque Cadaqués means that all the essential amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants are literally on your doorstep!
What you should know…
- The pool area is unfenced and as such parents should make sure children are supervised at all times whilst playing in the area
- Although there is a lift in the house, stairs are required to access some areas of the garden
- A cot and highchair are available on request, and the beds can be separated also on request
- There are some parking spaces nearby to the property for small cars, but if you wish to book a transfer, they can drop you off directly outisde of the property for an allocated time slot
