Brisas Dos can be found in a corner plot overlooking the Mediterranean Sea on the Costa Brava coast of Northeast Spain. This three-storey, semi-detached villa has four well-appointed double bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, ideal for a family holiday or a group of friends' getaway. The house is set in its own private garden and benefits from access to a large communal swimming pool, a tennis court, and a children's play area. The centre of the exclusive resort town of Llafranc is within walking distance, for shopping, sun bathing, and paddleboarding. Brisas Dos boasts beautiful sea views with balconies to enjoy them and floor-to-ceiling picture postcard windows that let in lots of natural daylight and cooling sea breezes. The interiors are comfortable and contemporary, furnished with stylish pieces, and decorated in a calming colour palette of crisp, clean white, with flashes of jewel colour highlights.

Enter the villa at the ground floor level, where you will be welcomed by an open-plan living space that gives access to the garden. The seating area has a two- and three-seater sofa, a comfy armchair, coffee and side tables, all arranged facing a flat-screen television, and an open hearth fireplace for those cosy evenings. The mint green modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances you will need to cater for your holiday, including that must-have morning coffee maker. An adjacent eight-seater dining set is perfect for some informal indoor entertaining. A handy guest cloakroom completes the ground floor. The first and second floors are home to four fabulous bedrooms, two with double beds, ensuite shower rooms, and panoramic sea view balconies, and two with twin beds and a shared bathroom with a bathtub.

Step out onto the well-maintained garden, relax on the sun loungers on the lawn, and spend the day away in the swing seat. Brisas Dos can be found overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in the exclusive Costa Brava resort of Llafranc, on the northeast coast of Spain. Your holiday home is a scenic 140-kilometre drive from the nearest international airport of Barcelona. The town centre is within walking distance, with stores with provisions for your stay and lots of welcoming cafes, bars, and restaurants. Your stay at Brisas Dos gives you access to a shared communal swimming pool and a tennis court for a game of doubles.

A short walk will have you sunbathing on the sands of Llafranc. Swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters, and try your hand at jet skiing, paddleboarding and kayaking. All aboard for a lazy day at sea, discovering hidden coves and secret bays along the coast. Hike or bike the picturesque coastal paths to encounter the local flora, fauna, and stunning sea views.

See the historic sights, most notably nearby Palafrugell, the Sant Sebastia Lighthouse, the medieval town of Pals, and the ancient Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries.

Go further afield and see the mountaintop monastery of Monserrat, or spend the day in Barcelona admiring the Gaudi architecture, Guell Park, and the Miro Museum.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €600 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4:30 pm - 8 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not included.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €120, paid to OT with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights during peak season. 5 nights all other times.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
