- In light of the limited rainfall experienced on the Costa Brava in recent months, water usage restrictions have been implemented across the region. As a result, you may notice some differences in the garden compared to the photos, and the pool may not be filled to its maximum capacity due to evaporation.
- Please note that one of the bedrooms is accessed through the kitchen
- Located in Mont-ras, Villa Montras is well connected, and a car is recommended to explore the nearby coastline and surrounding area
- The pool is unfenced so young children should be monitored at all times

Beautiful Villa!
It was a pleasure to stay in the Villa, it is really beautiful, quiet, and private. It lacks no detail, and each of its rooms are excellent. Without a doubt to repeat.

Spectacular Garden!
We had an excellent stay in this house. The photos and description fully match the house, very cosy, spotless and very comfortable. The house is very well decorated, with a very well equipped kitchen/bathrooms. They have taken care of every detail. It also has a spectacular garden and a very good pool area. The communication with the people in charge is very fluent and very friendly. The house is highly recommended.
