What you should know…
- In light of the limited rainfall experienced on the Costa Brava in recent months, water usage restrictions have been implemented across the region. As a result, you may notice some differences in the garden compared to the photos, and the pool may not be filled to its maximum capacity due to evaporation.
- The pool is unfenced, so young children should be supervised at all times
- Whilst being within easy reach of the coast and local amenities, a car is recommended to explore the surrounding area
- The villa contains air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature can be found at all times of the year
