These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1500 charged to client’s credit card by the property manager before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm. An early check-in is sometimes available, on request, and with a charge of €400. Please enquire for more information.
Departure time 11 am. Please be aware that a late check-out is somtimes available, on request and with a charge of €400, payable directly to the property managers. Please enquire for more information.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? No. €1210 (VAT included), payable to Olivers Travels with the balance payment. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests should be respectful of the property and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental prices.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations upon request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
