The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to whip up your favourite meals or try your hand at some Spanish cuisine, and direct access to the terrace is perfect for serving outside or enjoying the scenic beauty while cooking up a feast.  

The main bedroom features a king-size double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace, letting you wake up to the gentle sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a bathroom. For entertainment and staying connected, the apartment includes TV and WIFI, perfect for cooler evenings or curling up on the sofa and enjoying a movie night altogether.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €750 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3 - 7 pm. Out of hours arrival will incur a fee of €50.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €180, paid to OT with the balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 5 nights. All other durations upon request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
