Located in the foothills of the Sierra Blanca, outside Marbella, Casa Colores is a striking modern mansion that offers an exceptional living experience. Designed by renowned architect Joaquin Torres, this contemporary villa features a sophisticated and eco-conscious design, with multiple terraces that provide stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and the sea.

The villa is spread over several levels, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a secluded and peaceful atmosphere. The sleek facade, punctuated by expansive openings, seamlessly connects the interior with the outdoor spaces. The decor is minimalist yet elegant, with refined furnishings and playful touches, such as colorful artwork and unique lighting. The spacious ground-floor kitchen boasts high-end appliances and a long central counter, while the adjoining dining room provides ample space for guests. A luxurious living room features large windows framing breathtaking views of the terrace and surrounding nature.

Stepping outside, the expansive terrace is home to a spectacular infinity pool that seemingly merges with the forest below. Multiple seating areas provide shaded spots for alfresco dining, and stylish loungers invite you to relax by the pool. As evening falls, guests can enjoy a meal on the terrace, unwind in the hot tub, or retreat to the state-of-the-art home cinema for a cozy night in.

The villa has eight bedrooms, six of which have en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are in a private guest apartment, and share a bathroom. Each room is thoughtfully furnished, with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in plenty of light, while many rooms open to additional terraces with serene views.

For fitness and relaxation, there’s a gym, spa area with sauna and steam room, and even a private tennis court. An indoor beauty salon completes this luxurious property. At the heart of the villa is ‘The Pulse,’ a striking 15-meter steel sculpture by Anne Quinze, connecting the home’s levels with its artistic presence.

With eight bedrooms spread throughout the villa, everyone can enjoy plenty of space and privacy, whilst the common living rooms are perfect for spending time all together. Kids can have fun playing on the tennis court, whilst the main terrace and lovely swimming pool offer endless fun for all. On the lower level, a ping-pong table is perfect for rainy days, whilst an impressive home cinema is ideal for setting younger ones up in front of a movie, and parents can enjoy peaceful evenings sitting out on the terrace above.
 
The nearby mountains have plenty of trails suitable for the whole family, perfect for spending a day in nature, and you can stroll beneath the pine groves and pack a picnic to enjoy the shade of the trees. The coast is just a 15-minute drive, inviting you to spend long days beside the sea, and there are plenty of beaches to choose from. Take a trip down the coast on the Banus-Marbella ferry, or head into town to grab an ice cream from one of the local cafés. To the north of the town, Parque Aquaticos features giant inflatable slides and colourful obstacles that will keep kids entertained for hours, whilst the nearby Aventura Amazonia is a great day out for the whole family.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €12,500 charged to client's credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3-10 pm. After 10 pm, there will be a fee of €150. Please let the property manager know if you will be arriving late.
Departure time 10 am. Departures after 10 am will incur a charge of a half-day's rent until 3 pm. After 3 pm, a full-night's rent will be charged to clients.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €600, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights during New Years, Easter, June, July, and August, respectively. 4-5 nights during other periods.
Changeover day Flexible.
