- Due to the proximity of surrounding properties, excessive noise and loud music should be kept to a minimum
- Whilst the beach is just a few minutes walk, a car is recommended to explore the surrounding area, and there is onsite parking for four to five cars

The surrounding Costa Bella area has plenty to enjoy, and the livelier towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus can be found just along the coast.
Pristine beaches stretch up and down the coast, perfect for strolling the promenade or swimming in the clear blue sea. There are also several water sports centres, so you can try your hand at windsurfing, paddle-boarding, or simply relax with a good book as you soak up the Spanish sun. Several golf and tennis clubs are also found nearby, perfect for a competitive match or gentle afternoon round on one of the immaculately kept courses, and why not finish the day with a well-earned cocktail in one of the clubhouse bars?
Marbella is just a 15-minute drive, and the lively city is brimming with sights and culture. Renowned for its sandy beaches, including the famous Playa de la Fontanilla and Playa de Nagüeles, there is plenty of opportunity to spend time beside the sea or head into town to discover the charming Old Town, with its maze of narrow cobblestone streets, adorned with vibrant flowers and lined with cosy cafes and boutiques. Discover the historic Plaza de los Naranjos, an animated square surrounded by picturesque buildings, and stop for a drink to soak up the cheerful atmosphere.
