A generous seating area occupies the front room, with an arrangement of comfortable chairs and sofas facing out to the garden and an impressive fireplace sitting within one of the walls. Large sliding doors give access to the terrace, inviting you to leave them open throughout the day and enjoy a gentle breeze. A recess to the one side creates a division from the dining area whilst producing the impression of an interior garden, adding vibrancy to the space with its palms and leafy plants. The modern kitchen can be found at the rear of the room, with sleek surfaces and a stylish breakfast bar positioned in the centre. A further opening gives access to the side terrace, where a generous outdoor dining table sits beneath the shade, offering the perfect place to enjoy leisurely meals whilst looking over the garden or entertaining guests with a barbecue.

Wrapping around the front of the villa, the shaded veranda has a mixture of seating options for guests to choose from. Relax with a book and enjoy the peaceful setting, or share a bottle of wine in the evening and make the most of the balmy summer nights.
