These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €5000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4-9 pm. Check-in after 9 pm will incur a charge of €400, payable directly to the property managers. An early check-in is sometimes available, on request, and with a charge of €400. Please enquire for more information.
Departure time 11 am. Please be aware that a late check-out is somtimes available, on request and with a charge of €400, payable directly to the property managers. Please enquire for more information.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? No. €1815, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests should be respectful of the property and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
