Newly built, the villa has been finished in a contemporary style with bright, well-designed rooms arranged across three levels. On the ground floor, the entrance hall opens onto a central living area where a splendid double-height space enjoys plenty of natural light with large openings that look out to the pool and garden beyond. Various seating arrangements invite guests to sit comfortably, whilst a generous dining table and a kitchen can be found off to one side. The rooms are smartly decorated with a modern, minimal aesthetic with unique furnishings that add a touch of colour to complement the neutral surfaces. A second, smaller living room can be found on the ground floor where a sofa and large TV offer a comfortable space for a cosy evening, whilst double doors open to the patio where you can enjoy the warm summer nights and share a bottle of wine outside.

Enclosed by well-maintained hedges and vibrant plants, the beautiful garden offers a tranquil setting to spend long sunny days beside the pool.
