Villa Lomas

There is a lot to do in the local area – Villa Lomas is superbly located for beaches, golf courses and all the shops and restaurants you could want in Marbella. That’s if you can tear yourself away from the villa of course – it has everything you might need for a family holiday or a break away with friends.

Villa Lomas is a spacious four bedroom villa; all of the bedrooms benefit from having en-suite bathrooms – there are three doubles and one twin bedroom, all with fitted wardrobes and plenty of space. Most also have access to a splendid first floor balcony, decorated with traditional colourful tiles.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large open-plan living and dining room – the décor is grand and sumptuous, think curtains with swags and drapes, and portraits with gilt frames. There are sofas and armchairs here, as well as an ornately decorated dining table and accompanying chairs. The large sliding glass doors take you straight out to the main terrace – which acts almost as another sitting room, with comfortable lounge furniture and a ceiling fan to keep you cool.

The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with all the appliances and utensils you could need. There’s the added bonus of a separate laundry room, fully kitted out with a washing machine and drying facilities, along with plenty of storage.

Head outside and you’ll find Villa Lomas really is the best place for a properly relaxing holiday – there’s a generously sized private swimming pool in the garden, with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. Here too is a second covered terrace, completely independent of the main villa, which houses a bar with stools and more lounge furniture. Nothing quite says you’re on holiday, like a cold drink mid-afternoon served at your very own bar. It’s just the place to meet in the early evening too after a long day on the beach or by the pool – a drink before dinner, served at the table and chairs here over-looking the pool.
