With ample space for parking, an elevator gives access to the villa from the garage and makes it easy for wheelchair users.
Greeted by a grand front entrance, step through the door to a direct view through the house to the garden and vista beyond. A twin staircase climbs from the hallway, leading up to the second level and bedrooms or continuing along the ground floor to find the main living area. Bright and spacious, the open-plan rooms have been exquisitely furnished. Off to one side, a snug room features two large L-shaped sofas arranged around a fireplace, perfect for sleeping up during the winter or on a rainy afternoon. A grand piano occupies the central room beside the large terrace doors opening out into the garden. Moving through the space, a generous dining area leads to an impressive kitchen. Arranged around a large central island, the space has a sleek monochrome aesthetic with garden views. Modern fittings ensure that there is all the equipment you may desire to prepare meals throughout your stay. The dining area and kitchen enjoy ample natural light and have double doors providing access to the covered terrace.
The outdoor space is glorious, offering a variety of areas to sit and enjoy the sun or rest beneath the shade. An infinity pool takes the privilege of place, perfect for doing some morning lengths or cooling off. Comfortable sun loungers around the pool invite you to recline with a book or opt for one for the beds tucked into the side of the house for more privacy. A covered outdoor lounge area is just the place to enjoy a refreshing beer while enjoying the view and watching the sun go down. Next to the pool is a barbecue, a small fridge and a large dining table for 10—a great place to spend the evening sharing a meal and entertaining friends.
On the lower floor, there is a private spa area. Incorporating a North African interior style, the space is beautifully finished with an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi that can be heated. A sauna and fitness centre ensure you can keep up your workout routine with multiple weight-lifting stations, a rowing machine, a cross trainer and a treadmill. For a night in, there is a cosy cinema room with space for everyone to settle in front of a movie.
The villa contains four luxurious bedrooms, with generous king-sized beds and expansive windows that frame the view of the coast. Each room boasts a stylish bathroom, quality fittings, and a mixture of baths and showers to ensure a comfortable experience. The fifth bedroom and bathroom are located in separate accommodation, with their own living room and small garden, offering additional privacy for further guests.
What you should know…
- Whilst the garden and enclosed space are great for kids to play, the unfenced pool and steep drop beyond could be a hazard, and therefore young children should be monitored
- The exclusive location within the stylish Monte Mayor neighbourhood means that there are less amenities within walking distance, so a car or taxi is necessary to visit the larger shops and supermarkets
- The multiple terraces make the space feel even more significant, with an area for everyone to enjoy. Pockets of shade to the side of the house or the more secluded terraces from the upper floor ensure that you can enjoy the views from all points of the space

With dramatic views out to the coast, it occupies a privileged spot in an exclusive neighbourhood surrounded by multiple golf courses and leisure clubs, making it ideal for keen players looking for an afternoon round on the course. Alternatively, try a game of padel. This fast-growing sport, a combination of squash and tennis, is a great way to socialise whilst working up a bit of a sweat. Try your hand at Racquet Club Villa Padierna; just 10 minutes down the road, it is one of the top Racquet clubs in the Costa del Sol.
Just 20 20-minute drive, the charming mountain village of Benahavís is a typical Andalusian settlement with winding streets and white-washed buildings. To enjoy the best outdoors, join the locals for a hike amongst the cork oak forests and natural pools. A popular route follows the village valley along the Guadalmina River. It is perfect for walking or jogging, and many opt to pack a picnic and spend the afternoon beneath the shaded trees, dipping in the clear natural waters. Every week, there is a market selling clothes and fresh produce, a great place to pick up some local delicacies to take home to enjoy for supper. The Montemayor castle dating back to the 11th century offers a spot of history whilst giving idyllic views down to the sea.
For traditional Andalusian cuisine, Benhavís has various restaurants serving classic dishes with ingredients sourced from the local area. Los Faroles is one of the oldest restaurants known for specialties such as 'ternera en salsa' or pepper chicken. Another option is the Flor de Lis, positioned in the beautiful square. This terraced restaurant combines Galician and Mediterranean dishes and specialises in seafood.
If you’re after a more glamorous scene, head down to the stylish centre of Puerto Banús. The luxury marina has a wide selection of international clothing shops, bars and glamorous terraces. Enjoy a long lunch in one of the chic waterfront restaurants whilst watching the daily activity of yachts coming and going. There are several companies offering boat trips from the harbour. Why not spend the day on the water, admiring the landscape from a different perspective or hiring a private catamaran to take you to the lesser-known coves and secluded beaches that dot the coastline?
For a day at the beach, the nearest stretch of sand is just a minute's drive from the villa. Or venture southwards to Estepona to enjoy its 14-mile stretch of coast. In the centre of town, the famous Playa La Rada is a great choice for its palm-lined promenade and numerous beach bars where you can grab a cocktail or plate of fresh sardines.
