Step inside and you will be greeted by a spectacular living area of around 100m2 that houses a simple yet stylish seating area centred around a modern feature fireplace and an impressive dining area with enough seating for each of the ten guests. Beyond that, a contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod-cons you would expect in a home of this calibre.
The living area opens onto the furnished first-floor balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, sun-soaked lunch, or an alfresco dinner on a balmy summer evening. There are loads of loungers, a laid-back seating area, a barbecue, a hot tub on the beautifully manicured grass, and even a private sauna hut, so there are endless ways to spend those long sunny days here – be it in the company of loved ones, or just in the company of the characters from your favourite book.
Inside, two of the five bedrooms are found on the ground level and offer direct access to the garden. Both of these bedrooms on the ground floor are ensuite for added convenience and offer high-end amenities such as walk-in wardrobes and flatscreen TVs. The sense of understated elegance continues throughout each of the gorgeously finished bedrooms. On the lower floor, you can find the remaining bedrooms, all with access to the garden and pool through sliding doors. You will also find a laundry room and a games area with a pool table on this level, perfect for late-night games!
There is also an inviting glass-paned balcony that overlooks the garden – the perfect spot for a sundowner to keep an eye on the kids while they play. There's even a large roof terrace from where you can enjoy a spectacular view over the surrounding landscape while catching a few rays or using the outdoor kitchen and shaded dining area.
What you should know…
- In the interest of safety, any little ones must always be supervised around the pool area – particularly as it is directly accessible from the living area. The same, of course, goes for the hot tub, the balcony and the roof terrace
- Your host is able to arrange a variety of activities and extras for you for an additional fee, including grocery shopping concierge services, and even a private chef
- This home has handy off-street parking for two vehicles, with the possibility of charging electrical ones, and a security system for added peace of mind

About the surrounding area of Villa HeteThis home is in a sought-after part of Marbella within the prestigious Guadalmina Real Club de Golf. This means that you only need to step outside the front door to indulge your passion by teeing off on one of the region’s most popular courses. It also means that, on the whole, the location is pretty tranquil and offers excellent views over the countryside and stretching towards the sea.
Being on the west side of Marbella, you’ll find yourself within easy reach of the glamorous port town of Puerto Banús, where you will have your pick of great restaurants, trendy bars, and cafés perfect for people-watching along the yacht-lined shores of the marina. Here, you will find everything from designer boutiques to authentic waterside eateries serving the freshest local seafood in more laid-back surroundings.
All of this combined means that this home could make a good choice for all kinds of groups, from groups of friends looking to make the most of the area's exuberant (and often uber-fancy) nightlife, where the game aims to see and be seen; or families simply hoping to spend some quality time together soaking up the sun, getting out onto the water with a sailing trip, or exploring the weekly markets selling food, furniture, and everything in between. Best Suited For: All AgesThe swimming pool is perfect for kids because of the steps that lead down into it, while the seating areas all around it mean you can keep an eye on them while they splash in the shallow end. The grassy areas of the garden are significant for little ones to play on, too. The tranquil location within the golf course means that the area surrounding the home is peaceful and quiet in the evenings – ideal if you want to put the kids to bed early after a day of fun and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony.
In the local area, you will find a choice of family-friendly cafés and restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, so there’s bound to be something for even the pickiest of palates. There are also supermarkets where you can pick up everything you need for a delicious homecooked meal or to fire up the barbecue, giving you another option if you don’t want to eat out every night. Alternatively, your hosts can arrange a grocery shopping service that takes the pressure off and allows you to make the most of the sunshine and your time together.
