What you should know…
- The pool is unfenced and as such, parents should make sure children are well supervised whilst playing in the area
- There is a drop from the swimming pool, and as such we don't recommend this villa for families with young children
- There is a lift which connects all levels of the villa, meaning it is great for those with mobility issues
- Car hire is advised so that guests are able explore beyond the villa with ease!
- The villa is able to sleep 10 guests with the addition of a queen size sofa bed on the first floor (on request, please enquire for more information)

Best Suited For: TeensCasa Condesa is ideal for families with teens, offering a spacious and relaxed environment where everyone can enjoy their time. | End of stay cleaning included? | No. €266, payable with the balance payment. This is for a standard changeover clean.
