What you should know…

  • The pool is unfenced and as such, parents should make sure children are well supervised whilst playing in the area
  • There is a drop from the swimming pool, and as such we don't recommend this villa for families with young children
  • There is a lift which connects all levels of the villa, meaning it is great for those with mobility issues
  • Car hire is advised so that guests are able explore beyond the villa with ease!
  • The villa is able to sleep 10 guests with the addition of a queen size sofa bed on the first floor (on request, please enquire for more information)

Security deposit €1000 to be authorised via direct link on behalf of the property manager and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? No. €266, payable with the balance payment. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests should be respectful of the property and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Yes, included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €200 (to be paid prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist tax not applicable.
