- Parents should note that the pool is unfenced and therefore children should be well supervised at all times whilst playing outside
- Car hire is advised so that guests are able to explore beyond the villa with ease
- It should be noted by people who have mobility issues that this property is set over three levels, and the living room/kitchen is upstairs

| End of stay cleaning included? | No. €265, payable with the balance payment. This is for a standard changeover clean.
