Villa Azul Tropical is a stylish and comfortable retreat in Punta de la Mona, offering breathtaking views of La Herradura Bay from a private 1,000 m² plot. Punta de la Mona is a picturesque and exclusive residential area located on the Costa Tropical in southern Spain. Known for its stunning coastal views, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for those seeking privacy and relaxation. With its proximity to both La Herradura Bay and the vibrant town of Almuñécar, Punta de la Mona combines natural beauty, tranquil surroundings, and easy access to local amenities and attractions.

The main house accommodates up to seven guests, featuring four bedrooms, including two double rooms and one twin room, all with en-suite bathrooms. An additional single bedroom is available upon request (please enquire for more information). The master suite is designed for ultimate comfort, with his and hers showers for added convenience. The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes a spacious garage for two cars.

The well-equipped open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into both the dining area and the outdoor dining space in the garden. The beautifully landscaped garden features multiple terraces, a shaded seating area with an electric awning, and lush tropical plants, creating an ideal environment for outdoor living. For relaxation, guests can enjoy the shaded chill-out area beside the open pool bar, complete with an outdoor shower and bathroom. Positioned at the edge of the garden, the pool offers uninterrupted views of the sea.

An optional tower suite, accessible by stairs, provides a private space for two guests, complete with panoramic views and a secluded terrace, available for an additional cost (please refer to Ts&Cs).

Security deposit €1000 to be authorised via direct link on behalf of the property manager and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? No. €355, payable with the balance payment. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests should be respectful of the property and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
