Located just outside of Almuñecar, this splendid holiday retreat offers breathtaking views and a warm atmosphere,  perfect for families and friends seeking a tranquil escape. Boasting an enviable location, Villa Riobida is south-facing with panoramic vistas of both the coast and the majestic Sierra Nevada, so whether you're relaxing inside or out on the terrace, you'll be captivated by the stunning scenery that surrounds you.
 
As you step into the villa, you'll be greeted by a modern, comfortable space with an integrated living and dining room that has been thoughtfully furnished. Wifi throughout keeps you connected whilst a digital TV is fitted for your entertainment. The open kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you'll need, including an electric coffee machine that is perfect for a few morning brews whilst enjoying the sun-kissed ambience.
 
Stepping outside, a large patio is adorned with comfortable terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and inviting deck chairs, providing the ideal spot to dine al fresco and make the most of the balmy evenings whilst admiring the views. A private pool is waiting for when the sun gets too warm, and you can enjoy a refreshing swim before reclining on one of the nearby loungers to dry off beneath clear blue skies. Several additional terraces are perfect for sunbathing or relaxing with a book, and there's also a full terrace bathroom ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.
 
There are three bedrooms in all, each carefully furnished to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and restful night's sleep. One room features a cosy double bed, a second with a bunk bed that is perfect for kids and a third bedroom with twin beds. The living room also features a double fold-away bed, providing extra sleeping space for two.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights and in weekly blocks. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday from mid-May to mid-September. Flexible during other periods.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.

    The road needs to be indicated better when info sent out to client. We took road on wrong side of mountain, WOW, what an experience that was. Lol
    Would be nice to have dimmer switches in the living / kitchen to give a better ambiance at night. also binoculars would be an extra that would be nice to have with the beautiful surrounding to look at! But overall excellent excellent, would recommend to anybody that not afraid of heights! Lol
