Casa Taida is a beautifully renovated property situated in the heart of Playa del Inglés, one of Gran Canaria's most sought-after destinations. Perfect for families or groups of up to six guests, this stylish villa offers a modern, spacious layout with two double bedrooms, inluding one with an en-suite bathroom. The open-plan living area is designed with comfort in mind, featuring a large sofa which can be turned to a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.

The villa’s outdoor spaces are a standout feature, with a private solarium that invites you to soak up the sun on the loungers, as well as a small heated swimming pool (please see Ts&Cs). The pool area is complemented by a covered chill-out zone, perfect for relaxing in the shade.

THE REGION

Maspalomas is not just known for its enormous expanse of dunes next to the sea or its great climate. It is also known for its old Lighthouse, which saw the first tourists arrive and witnessed the area turn into a holiday resort.

Just a few metres from the promenade, bathers and walkers dive into the sand, which marks the start of the Maspalomas Natural Dune Reserve, made up of three eco-systems: Palmeral, Charca and Dunas (Palms, Pond and Dunes), which run in parallel a few metres from the sea. The whole area is an enormous, exceptionally valuable natural space.

Security deposit €800 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €100 per pet per booking will apply (paid to OT prior to travel).

Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €30 per day (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
