Located in the heart of Maspalomas, Villa Escondite is a luxurious six-bedroom villa designed to host up to 12 guests. Spanning two levels and a spacious 1,000-square-meter plot, this exceptional property combines elegance, privacy, and convenience, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing retreat. 

On the ground floor, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a shower and bathtub. Two additional double bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV, a stylish dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and all essential utensils for seamless meal preparation. 

The lower ground floor, accessed from the exterior, offers three more bedrooms. This includes a jumbo-sized room with access to a bunkbed room, perfect for families with children. Two bathrooms on this level ensure convenience for all guests.

The villa boasts a 10 x 5 m heated pool, a lush garden with a trampoline, and a solarium perfect for soaking up the sun. An outdoor dining area with a barbecue provides a wonderful space for alfresco meals, surrounded by serene views of the Maspalomas Golf Course.

THE REGION

Maspalomas is not just known for its enormous expanse of dunes next to the sea or its great climate. It is also known for its old Lighthouse, which saw the first tourists arrive and witnessed the area turn into a holiday resort.

Just a few metres from the promenade, bathers and walkers dive into the sand, which marks the start of the Maspalomas Natural Dune Reserve, made up of three eco-systems: Palmeral, Charca and Dunas (Palms, Pond and Dunes), which run in parallel a few metres from the sea. The whole area is an enormous, exceptionally valuable natural space.
