Villa Bolonia is situated in a complex, set in natural surroundings with spectacular views of the 18-hole golf course and surrounding mountains. El Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is only a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas or Meloneras, or 40 minutes from the capital.
The exterior of Villa Bolonia includes a swimming pool area with natural grass and sunbeds, offering a wonderful atmosphere of privacy. The villa is bright and spacious, with a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, kitchen and a large terrace with outdoor seating and dining area.
This accommodation can accommodate up to 4 guests and is ideal for families or small groups of friends. The living room has two comfortable sofas and TV with satellite connection. The air conditioning guarantees a pleasant temperature throughout the house at all times. The property is single storey and therefore is ideal for families with small children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility.
The kitchen-dining room is bright, comfortable, and fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker and other utensils you may need during your stay.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower for greater comfort. The villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The master bedroom, with a private bathroom, has wonderful views and direct access to the private heated swimming pool (please see Ts&Cs).
What you should know…
- While the private heated pool is a fantastic feature, as the pool is not fenced parents should supervise children at all times to ensure their safety around water
- Villa Bolonia offers privacy, but its remote location means that you'll need a car to access nearby amenities and attractions. Plan accordingly for transportation
- Given the natural surroundings, be mindful of local wildlife, such as insects or small creatures. Keep doors and windows closed to prevent them from entering the villa
