Set over two floors, Villa Canteras is beautifully decorated throughout in light, neutral shades that are punctuated by broad red and black accents. The open-plan ground floor is roomy and bright, with large sliding glass doors allowing in plenty of Mediterranean sunshine and giving guests direct access to the garden and pool area. The living space features a comfortable corner sofa - an ideal spot to sit and relax with the family in front of the large flatscreen TV after a busy day. There is a dining area for the whole family and a well-equipped kitchen full of high-quality appliances such as a stylishly integrated oven and microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Villa Canteras has a double bedroom on the ground floor, with ensuite shower facilities. The second bedroom, a stylish twin room, can be found on the first floor, along with a bathroom with a bathtub. From this level, guests can access the villa’s fully-furnished terrace, the perfect spot to soak up the sun and take in the incredible views.
The villa's gardens are serene and private, with a covered dining terrace decorated with colourful Mediterranean flowers that provides the ideal setting for outdoor dining. There is a shaded lawn area complete with sun loungers and, of course, the private pool, which is sure to be a welcome addition after a day on the course or exploring the local area.
What you should know…
- If you’re travelling with very young children you’ll be pleased to know that a highchair and cot are available on request
- Villa Canteras is part of a residential area, and so guests are expected to refrain from excessive noise such as parties
- The villa’s private pool doesn’t have a fence or barrier of any kind so parents of young children will want to be extra vigilant
- Villa Canteras is incredibly modern throughout and so probably wouldn’t be suited to those who are looking for a more rustic, country-style vibe - think more ‘high-end hotel’ rather than ‘cosy cottage’
