This attractive villa is situated in the stunning natural park of Cala d’Hort and enjoys spectacular views over the sea, all of the West coast and out to the dramatic island of Es Vedra, as it is just a few hundred metres from the shoreline.
The villa boasts numerous terraces and a pretty garden, perfect for outdoor living, dining and entertaining and is ideal for those who want to spend as much time as possible outside whilst on holiday. When the heat gets too much, take advantage of the private pool (5m x 9m ) and cool off. Make sure you utilise the barbecue and enjoy some of the local produce.
The interior of the villa is well furnished with comfortable beds and a cosy lounge which offers satellite TV and a Hi Fi to keep you entertained.
The villa is in a great location, being just a 5 minute drive from the beach of Cala d’Hort and 10 minutes from the beaches of Cala Carbo, Cala Vadella, Porroig, Es Cubells and all their amenities.
You are also just 15 minutes by car from the quaint village of San Jose and 30 minutes from Ibiza Town.
What you should know…
- The villa is accessed down a 2km path so a car is recommended
- The outside patio has an uneven surface and the pool area is unfenced, so little ones must be supervised when outside!
- The kitchen is sleek and modern but can feel a bit snug for a group of 10 people.
- Running water in Ibiza can be slightly salty, particularly during peak holiday season!

THE REGION
Cala d'Hort is a small, beloved beach with a fantastic view of the mysterious island of Es Vedrà, which rises dramatically from the sea only several hundred metres from the shore. The beach itself is sandy to one side, pebbly to the other, and in summer is extremely popular.
There are three excellent beach restaurants in the area, renowned for fresh fish dishes, including the traditional seafood paella. The restaurant Es Boldado is situated high on the cliffs above the bay. It is accessed from the road to the beach from San José (signposted), or, if you're brave, you can scramble over the rocks and fishermen's huts to the wooden staircase that takes you up to this popular restaurant.
