Perched high in the hills of Cala Moli, overlooking the beautiful Balearic coast, Villa Monica offers fabulous sea views and luxurious, modern living just a stone’s throw from the incredible local beach!
Fully renovated in 2013, this is indeed a beautiful, modern home with a vast array of comfortable and stylish furniture. The living room is at the heart of the house, with a full wall of sofas in front of the large TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the island!
Around the living room, you will find both the spacious, modern kitchen and the dining room. Both provide space for all the group to gather for some quality time, as an alternative to the sublime outdoor facilities. Each of the many sections of the interior allows direct entry to the beautiful terrace, so you can easily combine the two!
There are six charming bedrooms, each one a little unique and different from the last, but all demonstrating the same care and attention to detail! Soft lighting and neutral tones are complemented by carefully chosen artwork and delicate décor.
Three of the bedrooms have fabulous ensuite facilities, while there is a fourth bathroom with a shower on the lower ground floor. Each bathroom is spacious, stylish and sparkling, with a variety of luxury facilities. All of the rooms are equipped with satellite TVs, while some even have private living areas, beautiful private balconies and unbeatable sea views!
Your private pool sits beautifully on the terrace where you can gaze out over the coastline from the comfort of a sun lounger. Across the extensive terraces, there are yet more sun loungers, as well as an alfresco dining area and more casual coffee table areas, and a large barbeque for adding a little spice to your meal times!
There is even a vibrant pond, filled with fish and exciting water features, which sits calmly alongside the casual seating areas, with sofas and soft chairs for enjoying the beautiful weather of the island.
Nestled in a tranquil location, Villa Monica is the ideal home for a group looking to relax in the famous Ibiza sun in a private environment. Within a five-minute drive are all the breath-taking beaches of Cala Moli, Cala Tarida and Cala Vadella, and the fabulous town of Ibiza is just a 20-minute drive away.
As well as this, this villa is within walking distance of just about everything you could need!

Despite its current reputation for all-night parties, hedonism and elegance, Ibiza was first popularised by a hippy community, and in amongst the trendy clubs and lively beaches, their presence is still felt in the many markets they established throughout the years, the most famous of which is just a short drive away.
Indeed, the immense popularity of the island ensures you’ll never be far from anything you need – be that a supermarket, restaurant or an all-night dance floor! As the clubbing capital of the world, you can guarantee a good night out at any of Ibiza’s famous clubs including Pacha, Amnesia and the world’s biggest club: Privilege.
And for those not looking to party every night, Ibiza is ideal for a romantic weekend and even an active family holiday – with amazing cycling, kayaking, hiking, and many more activities on offer! These are particularly good during the winter when the island calms down a little but retains its fabulous weather.
Of course, no Spanish island would be complete without a beautiful array of wine and seafood on offer, and Ibiza is no different, with a thriving culinary scene.
Ibiza has earnt its status as a perfect holiday destination, thanks to its shimmering turquoise waters, lagoons, coves, and of course, endless beaches that stretch to the horizon, as well as its less documented charming countryside and vibrant communities dotted across the little island.

THE REGION
Declared a ‘natural’ beach by the town of San Jose, Cala Moli is a lovely, pebbly cove tucked away from crowds and lacking in the usual rows of sun loungers, parasols or noisy hotels. Though secluded and tranquil, Moli also offers some fabulous amenities, including a bar/restaurant with its own swimming pool. The sea bed is quite rocky and excellent for snorkelling in crystal clear, clean waters.

Best Suited For: All AgesJust a short walk from the beautiful coast, Villa Monica is the perfect home for families, with some excellent facilities on site, as well as tons of activities to enjoy in the local towns and the vibrant and unspoilt natural landscape of Ibiza.
For a relaxing afternoon, retire to the beautiful private pool where the kids can enjoy some harmless fun, and you can keep an eye on them from the comfort of a sun lounger.
In the surrounding landscape you will find endless opportunities for an active day out with all the family: cycle through an array of postcard-picture villages and along the rugged coast – there’s plenty of rental services so you should have no problems finding bikes!
Alternatively, enjoy a range of water-sports along the sublime coastline or even experience the fantastic scenery on a hike – be sure to take a picnic, there are endless perfect spots to sit, relax, and take in the breath-taking views across the Balearic sea!
