Event information

Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.
 
All events are on request only and subject to prior agreement from the owner, who reserves the right to refuse all events without their prior authorisation.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €3,500 to be paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 4 nights during low season, 7 nights during peak season. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Pool heating is available only from 1st November until 1st April at an extra cost of €500 per week (to be pre-paid to OT prior to arrival) Please note that like all heated pools pool heating and water temperature ar reliant on weather an outside temperatures
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Other Ts and Cs - A cleaning service is available and included in the rental price 5 days per week/4 hours a day.
- A change of bed linen and towels is included in the rental price twice per week.
- For events and weddings, loud music must be stopped at midnight, however, you can continue socialising with friends and families until 1.30 am without loud music.
