Casa Castell is situated on a hillside with great views, just a short walk from the village of Es Cubells. The villa has a unique, stylish design with three atmospheric bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests.

Es Cubells, Ibiza’s southernmost village, may be small, but its clifftop location offers stunning sea views and a distinctive charm. The clifftop church here dates back to the 19th century. Nearby beaches include Cala des Cubells, Ses Bouquets, and Cala Llentrisca, with Es Torrent, Porroig, and Cala Jondal a bit further away. Es Cubells marks the start of Ibiza’s ‘golden mile,’ extending to Porroig, making it a sought-after spot.

THE REGION

Although set just outside the buzz of the village of San José, Es Cubells is distant enough to create a wonderful feeling of seclusion. As you drive past traditional fincas and rural farmland plus olive and orange groves, the pressure of everyday life seems to just slip away.

The exclusive, ultra-private properties peppered along the rocky cliffside are contemporary and luxurious in style yet possess an air of laid-back chic, setting the scene for the ultimate Mediterranean getaway.

Typical Spanish cuisine can be found in the two restaurants in the little village – take your pick between Bar Llumbi Restaurante – famous for mama’s pork chops and tasty tapas dishes – overlooking the sea, or tuck into hearty plates like grilled meats, whole fish baked in salt, paella or typical Ibicenco dishes including bullit de peix or guisat de peix on the sunny terrace of Bar Restaurante Es Cubells just opposite the church.

Casa Castel is perfect for a family holiday. The gardens are incredible with sprawling lawns and a fabulous swimming pool.
 
There are some very pretty little coves close to the villa including Cala des Cubells, Ses Bouquets and Cala Llentrisca. Just along the coast is Es Torrent which is another quiet beach, mostly pebbles but with a strip of sand. Further still is Cala Jondal, and in the other direction, you can head to Cala d’Hort and Cala Tarida.
 A great excursion is the Parc Natural de Ses Salines, known for its beautiful wetlands and 210 bird species. The salt pans and sandy beaches are impressive, and the sunsets are stunning. From August to October, you can see flocks of pink flamingos migrating to the park for the winter.

San Antonio is lively with activities for kids. Aquarium Cap Blanc, located in a sea cave, showcases local marine life like octopus, grouper, rays, and sea turtles. The cave has openings that keep the water temperature just right for the animals. You can also buy fish food. Nearby, there’s a fairground with rides and an inflatable water obstacle course, Ocean Mania, in the bay.

Acrobosc Adventure Park at S’Argamassa, between Santa Eulalia and Es Canar, is set in a pine forest and offers ziplines, trampolines, slides, nets, and climbing walls for all ages from 3 years old. It’s both challenging and fun. Kids can also enjoy horseback riding and cycling on the island.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €4,000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights and weekly stays only. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season. Flexible during other periods.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - On the day of departure the clients must leave the house in the same state as it was when they arrived. The kitchen, BBQ and all the cutlery that belongs to it, needs to be cleaned and put in place and all garbage needs to be taken out. If this is not the case, a penalty of €100 minimum will be charged, depending on the additional cleaning costs.
- Please note that no early check-in or check-out is possible at this villa. - Cleaning included as follows: During June and July - 3 x week/ 4 hrs. All other months - 2 x week/ 4 hrs. LINEN CHANGE: AFTER 1 WEEK/WEEKLY.
- Please note that published rates are only valid for the current year. Any bookings for subsequent years will be on request only and correct rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once we have checked availability with the owner or their property manager.
Other Ts and Cs A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
