Villa Alfarero boasts four impeccably designed double bedrooms, each with its own stunning ensuite bathroom. The master suite features a queen-size bed, a freestanding bath, and a waterfall shower, with direct access to the pool and terrace. The second and third bedrooms offer a double and king-size bed respectively, while the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed that can be converted into twins if desired. Two of the king bedrooms open directly to the outdoors. It is hard to beat the stunning location of Villa Alfarero. Perched on the hillside above the outstanding Cala Jondal beach, it is extremely popular with guests wanting privacy yet within a few minutes walk of blissful beaches and a vibrant social whirl. Cala Jondal is a very beautiful beach, surrounded by fragrant pines and rocky Jurassic cliffs. It is very popular with boat owners, A-listers, celebrities and the super-rich and is definitely one of the more upmarket beaches in Ibiza. The white pebbly beach is built up with sandy parts by the beach clubs, and there is easy access into the water with little bridges and ramps. The restaurants are extremely popular so you should book, especially at weekends. There is also a massage area and the excellent Tropicana Ibiza beach club, as well as the VIP hangout, Blue Marlin.
 
It is only 15 minutes to the vibrant and buzzy Ibiza Town. The nightlife is legendary; the town is home to the world-famous Pacha nightclub. The stunning Marina Botafoch boasts numerous swanky restaurants and bars as well as fabulous boutique shopping. Ibiza Town attracts a very international crowd and is a great place for celebrity spotting in the summer. There are also some wonderful art galleries and museums. The ancient citadel of Dalt Vila is a history lesson in itself and boasts cathedrals, cobbled streets, chapels, churches, museums and flower-adorned balconies. You will still see some traces of the Moors and museum displays from various periods in the island’s history, including Phoenician, Carthaginian and Roman.

Around the old port area, you will find cobbled lanes and pretty whitewashed houses. The area comes alive for the nightly hippy market where you can buy some souvenirs. The New Town of the city offers graceful plazas, including the boulevard of Vara de Rey and the Plaza del Parque. Ibiza Town is a shopper’s paradise. You will find large chain shops and boutiques on and in between the boulevard of Avenida Bartolome Rosello and Vara de Rey, around the old port area and around the stylish and trendy marina. Small water taxis can take you from the port to the sandy beaches of Talamanca, Santa Eulalia and the hippy market at Es Cana. Close by is the island’s longest beach Playa d’en Bossa, famous for its clubs, Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza, as well as its golden sand.

THE REGION

Although set just outside the buzz of the village of San José, Es Cubells is distant enough to create a wonderful feeling of seclusion. As you drive past traditional fincas and rural farmland plus olive and orange groves, the pressure of everyday life seems to just slip away.

The exclusive, ultra-private properties peppered along the rocky cliffside are contemporary and luxurious in style yet possess an air of laid-back chic, setting the scene for the ultimate Mediterranean getaway.

Typical Spanish cuisine can be found in the two restaurants in the little village – take your pick between Bar Llumbi Restaurante – famous for mama’s pork chops and tasty tapas dishes – overlooking the sea, or tuck into hearty plates like grilled meats, whole fish baked in salt, paella or typical Ibicenco dishes including bullit de peix or guisat de peix on the sunny terrace of Bar Restaurante Es Cubells just opposite the church.

The villa's spacious layout includes a large terrace with sunny spots and shaded areas, perfect for little ones to explore. The stunning saltwater infinity pool is ideal for family swims, while the outdoor areas, including daybeds and a charming wooden terrace under the pine trees, provide cozy corners for family downtime. For added enjoyment, the villa features a table football game, and the surrounding area offers easy access to Cala Jondal beach, where families can spend quality time together.

After a few days on the beach, children will be very happy to visit the thrilling Acrobosc Adventure Park, situated at S’Argamassa between Santa Eulalia and Es Canar. It boasts super exciting ziplines, trampolines, slides, nets, ladders, climbing walls, tightropes and rope bridges throughout a stunning pine forest. There are three circuits which are graded to suit children from 3 years old to adults.
 
Punta Arabi is the oldest and biggest Hippy Market on the island, with over 500 artisans, designers and craftsmen. Young children can make flower crowns, create their own t-shirts and get their face painted. There are many more Hippy Markets on the island, including a nightly one in Ibiza Town.  
 
The Aguamar Water Park in Playa d’en Bossa offers a selection of thrilling slides, chutes, tubes and pools for all ages. Another popular option is a visit to the fascinating Can Marca Caves. The series of eerie caverns are full of stalagmites and stalactites with multi-coloured lights that light the path. The tour ends with spectacular music and a light show with a 30ft water cascade.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €5,000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available at this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations upon request

If the lead person, at this stage, does not have a valid passport then an alternative person will need to be the lead person of the booking. The owner will not accept the booking unless he has a copy of a passport is submitted.
