Located in the renowned Vista Alegre close to Es Cubells, the location is perfect for a peaceful and romantic holiday in the sun. Whether you are inside or out, your attention is constantly drawn outside to the stunning horizon and calming sea views, creating an ever-changing backdrop for your stay.
From the moment you arrive, the contemporary architecture hints to the sleek, modern interiors. Once within the front door, the villa flows from room to room with ease, offering various openings to the terraces and balconies, all of which overlook the sea. Each room is bright and airy, with stylish furnishings that make every corner of the villa feel luxurious.
On the ground floor, there is a fabulous open-plan family room with a modern kitchen, sociable dining area and a bright lounge. The sofa is positioned to face towards the sea, so although there is a television, the most important view is obvious! A spectacular, modern fireplace sits in the corner of the room, adding a warmth to this contemporary space.
There is also a separate dining room and second kitchen, with a large, elegant dining table where everyone can gather around, sharing food, stories and laughter long into the evening. When you want to enjoy a quiet evening in, the cinema room offers the perfect cosy atmosphere – what more could you need?
Over two floors, all five bedrooms offer modern en-suites and stunning views. Imagine waking up to the natural sunlight flooding in through your window, before stepping outside and gazing out at the endless, mesmerising blue of the sea! As you continue up the stairs, the roof terrace offers the best vantage point, perfect for an evening cocktail as a couple or group.
Out on the terrace itself, the glistening pool offers the chance to cool off on hot summer days. There are a sociable outdoor dining area, a popular barbecue and several small seating areas nestled into each corner offering endless opportunities to enjoy the serene atmosphere!

About the surrounding area of Villa UllastreThe lovely village of Es Cubells is a fantastic way to experience the island as it remains unmoved with the times and has less than one thousand inhabitants. At just a fifteen-minute stroll away, the village’s best-known feature is its striking whitewashed church. From the church, visitors can enjoy brilliant vistas over the island before heading to one of the village’s two bars.
The quiet village hosts two festivals. One on 16th July honouring Our Lady of Carmen, a saint of the sailors. The other is centred around Spanish nun Saint Teresa of Jesus on 15th October.
When walking through the village, you will also discover a small playground and a sports centre that focuses predominantly on the village’s favourite sport, archery. Visitors love frequenting this quaint little village for its undisturbed tranquillity, providing a stark change from the more touristy places on the island.
Ibiza Cathedral is a wonderful attraction that allows you to explore more of the island’s rich history and is reachable via a 25-minute drive. The cathedral boasts beautiful Catalan Gothic and Baroque architecture that will be appreciated by those who have a love for art and history.
By embarking on a steep walk up the stairs, you will be rewarded with breath-taking views across the enchanting old town and sea. From the top, you will feel a sense of calmness and relaxation as you gaze at the residents of the town below and the boats gliding across the sea’s clear waters.

THE REGION
Although set just outside the buzz of the village of San José, Es Cubells is distant enough to create a wonderful feeling of seclusion. As you drive past traditional fincas and rural farmland plus olive and orange groves, the pressure of everyday life seems to just slip away.
The exclusive, ultra-private properties peppered along the rocky cliffside are contemporary and luxurious in style yet possess an air of laid-back chic, setting the scene for the ultimate Mediterranean getaway.
Typical Spanish cuisine can be found in the two restaurants in the little village – take your pick between Bar Llumbi Restaurante – famous for mama’s pork chops and tasty tapas dishes – overlooking the sea, or tuck into hearty plates like grilled meats, whole fish baked in salt, paella or typical Ibicenco dishes including bullit de peix or guisat de peix on the sunny terrace of Bar Restaurante Es Cubells just opposite the church.

In the surrounding landscape you will find endless opportunities for an active day out with all the family: cycle through an array of postcard-picture villages and along the rugged coast – there’s plenty of rental services so you should have no problems finding bikes!
Alternatively, enjoy a range of water-sports along the sublime coastline or even experience the fantastic scenery on a hike – be sure to take a picnic, there are endless perfect spots to sit, relax, and take in the breath-taking views across the Balearic sea!
