Can Palma features four spacious bedrooms spread across two levels. The ground floor is an inviting space with an open-plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen/dining area. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors open onto a sun-drenched terrace, creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. On this level, you'll also find two double bedrooms, each with garden access, and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.

The upper floor is home to the luxurious master suite, complete with a private dressing room, en-suite bathroom, and a terrace offering stunning views. Another comfortable double bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom and terrace access, is located on this floor.

The outdoor spaces are the highlight of Can Palma. The beautiful garden offers a large swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm afternoons. Security deposit €1500 paid via a link directly to the property management company and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection
Arrival time 3 - 7.30 pm (please note that there will be an additional late check-in charge of €60 for arrivals between 7.30 pm-10 pm and a charge of €100 between 10 pm-9.30 pm)
Departure time 10.00 a.m.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes, standard changeover clean included. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Please note that heating is available between the 1/1 - 31/3 and 1/11 - 31/12 for an additional charge of €20 per day. Please request this at time of booking.
