Covering 1200m², Villa Salinas includes six en-suite bedrooms and an infinity pool. The multi-level design features spacious areas and terraces with high-end, appliances, entertainment options and outdoor furniture.
The villa blends indoor and outdoor living with two stylishly-designed, covered outdoor dining areas, one by the pool and another conveniently located next to the outdoor kitchen. Outdoor entertainment is enhanced with a retractable giant screen for watching sports or movies at your leisure. The 144" CSEED Entertainment system rotates 180°, allowing viewing from outdoor sofas, the pool, or even the Master suite’s bathtub.
Villa Salinas also features a large private swimming pool, water features, sun terraces furnished with daybeds and loungers, and a lawn area with an outdoor bar. Security includes advanced laser perimeters and AI-enabled cameras for ultimate peace of mind.
Inside, the spacious open-plan living area includes a fully-equipped bar, jukebox, pool table, and leads directly out onto the pool terrace. An integrated Airplay music system and B&O speakers are also included in this beautiful space. For evenings in, the villa's modern kitchen comes fully-equipped with everything you might need to whip up a delicious evening meal, including a kitchen mixer, toastie maker and blender.
Venture further into the villa to find six beautifully appointed, en-suite double bedrooms, complete with wardrobes and air conditioning for complete comfort.
