Two dining tables provide ample space for outdoor meals, while a large parasol and an electric awning offer shade. For those who enjoy alfresco cooking, a charcoal barbecue with electric ignition is at your disposal.
Inside, the lower level boasts a spacious living-dining area with a chaise lounge sofa, a large dining table for eight, and modern entertainment, including a 75-inch TV and home cinema. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooker, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, juicer, dishwasher, and more, making it perfect for home-cooked meals. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower are also located on this floor.
The ground floor hosts the master bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, along with a luxury en-suite bathroom featuring a round bathtub and dual sinks. Two other rooms have access to the garden and pool, and there’s a fourth bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double. Additional bathrooms offer sinks, toilets, and showers for convenience.
The villa also includes parking for two cars, an electric car charger, and a remote-controlled entrance. Ideal for family vacations or groups, this villa combines comfort, style, and unique charm for an unforgettable stay.

And it is home to those world-famous Ibiza sunsets! The Sunset Strip is the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail, listen to all the latest summer sounds and then watch the sun slowly sink below the horizon in a blaze of vivid oranges, reds and pinks.
A marvellous view across San Antonio Bay can also be had from the long strip of sandy beach, where a mainly younger crowd meets. Late afternoon they move onto the many bars that line the seafront promenade to get into the mood for those long Ibiza nights. You can also visit beautiful beaches nearby like Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, by taking one of the small ferries that run all day from the marina.
Fun on the water is a big thing in San Antonio. You can try one of the many boat excursions, party on sea with a boat party or get into activities like jet skiing, parasailing and much, much more. And later on, enjoy San Antonio's legendary nightlife, with super clubs Es Paradis and Eden, beach club O Beach Ibiza, pool party venue Ibiza Rocks Hotel, many smaller cool venues and the bars of the famous West End.

The numerous beaches and coves that make up San Antonio Bay all provide the perfect conditions for paddling with the little ones as the sea is shallow and perfectly calm. The majority of the beaches offer a variety of water sports for you to try your hand at, so why not hire a pedalo and view the stunning bay from out at sea? And for the slightly bigger kids, Ocean Mania is an absolute must. This inflatable, floating water park is located in the heart of the bay and is an exhilarating and action-packed way to spend your day.
Away from the beach, you'll find a whole host of other activities for the whole family to experience, all of which are reasonably priced and loads of fun for everyone. There are a number of great play areas and fairgrounds around the San Antonio area, as well as mini golf, rodeos and bouncy castles too. But for the ultimate family day out, head to Aguamar Waterpark and make a splash in all the pools and awesome slides that make for such an incredible day in the sun. Just don't forget your sun cream!

Quiet house in the middle of the little village
Walking distance to bars/supermarkets/restaurants. Confortable lounge, fully equiped. Big garden with nice green spot and sunbeds to chill after being out.
