A four-bedroom, three-bathroom Mediterranean villa in a residential area in the bay of San Antonio boasting a private pool and beach views.
As soon as you come through the front door, you’ll marvel at the clean lines and modern aesthetic of this stunning villa. On the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by a dining room and a lounging area which are bathed in plenty of natural light thanks to the tall ceilings and large windows. Kick your feet up and recline on the comfortable sofas at the end of a long day. After all, you’re here to relax. The dining area seats four, and outside there’s an al fresco dining area where guests can soak up the long, hot Spanish nights over paella and wine.
Making your way into the fully-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one. The sleek design continues into all of the ground floor bedrooms, which are decorated in subtle, earthy shades and allow the natural light to fill the rooms.
Making your way up the stylish wooden staircases to the first floor, you’ll come to the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A terrace wraps around the first level giving unrivalled views of the surrounding hills and of the bay of San Antonio.
Outside is the private pool, complete with sun loungers and a barbecue. The patio overlooks the pool and is set on the edge of a charming garden with touches of colourful flora. Sip your wine and gaze across the rooftops of San Antonio, or spend your days reclining on the sun loungers. Sun worshippers will be in their element in the garden, and it’s easy to see why guests spend hours here topping up their tans.

About the surrounding area of Villa ViellaLocated on the western coast of Ibiza, San Antonio has been drawing huge crowds over the last fifty years thanks to its lively atmosphere, world-famous nightlife, and white sandy beaches.
Take a stroll along the Sunset Strip, settle in for a cocktail at one of the many bars and restaurants, and take in the Ibizan sunset as you listen to the latest summer sounds. You’ll find a younger crowd bringing the energy here as they get in the mood for those long, hot Ibiza nights of dancing and clubbing. Later on, you can head over to superclubs Es Paradis and Eden, beach club O Beach Ibiza and pool party venue Ibiza Rocks Hotel. There are also the famous West End bars of San Antonio, which are found in the heart of the old town and made up of pedestrianised streets that brim with tourists once the sun goes down. The lively area is a firm favourite with visitors who come here for the reasonably-priced bars, pubs and small nightclubs and make a whole night of it by bar hopping the area.
There’s heaps of fun to be had on the water here, so if daytime adventures are calling you, then San Antonio won’t disappoint. Take your pick from boat excursions, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking and more. Many of them are in San Antonio Bay, an open expanse of calm water, which is one of the largest and most beautiful natural harbours in Europe. The backdrop of rolling hills against the big blue skies makes for one of the most unforgettable experiences you can have, and if you really want to get the party started early, book yourself onto a boat party and make a day of it!
The palm-tree-lined promenade runs through the main part of town towards the marina and is filled with plants, flowers and large fountains that light up at night. You’ll find a big selection of pavement-side restaurants and cafés that lead right past the harbour, where you can tuck into some delicious Mediterranean food and watch the world go by.

THE REGION
San Antonio is a great place to stay for its lively atmosphere, electric nightlife and one of the widest varieties of fun things to do on land and on water. And it is home to those world-famous Ibiza sunsets! The Sunset Strip is the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail, listen to all the latest summer sounds and then watch the sun slowly sink below the horizon in a blaze of vivid oranges, reds and pinks.
Fun on the water is a big thing in San Antonio. You can try one of the many boat excursions, party on the sea with a boat party or get into activities like jet skiing, parasailing and much, much more. And later on, enjoy San Antonio's legendary nightlife, with super clubs Es Paradis and Eden, beach club O Beach Ibiza, pool party venue Ibiza Rocks Hotel, many smaller cool venues and the bars of the famous West End.

Best Suited For: All AgesWhile San Antonio will draw the younger crowds who favour nightlife, those with kids will be rewarded by heading off further afield to find out what Ibiza has to offer.
One of the best beaches for kids is a half-hour drive away. Cala Llonga is set in an inlet and boasts a children’s playground and a miniature amusement park. Facilities are available at nearby beach bars, so your day out here is sure to be comfortable.
A four-minute drive or a twenty-minute walk is the Cap Blanc Aquarium. Set in a large, natural cave, kids can have hours of fun getting up close and personal with fish, octopus, stingrays and more. There’s also a turtle rehabilitation area that nurses sea turtles back to full health before releasing them back into the wild.
A thirty-five-minute drive to the north of the island is the Can Marça Caves, a series of underground caverns with stalagmites and stalactites which create long shadows and are surrounded by an eerie silence. This natural atmospheric delight is sure to get the imaginations of the little ones going, and afterwards, you can enjoy a light and music show with a 30-foot water cascade.
What better way to explore the rugged northern coast of Ibiza than by Jeep. Tour operators will pick you up from your accommodation, and you can spend the day exploring the remote parts of the island, learning about the native flora and fauna, and swimming at a remote sandy beach. The tour is suitable for children six years and over.
Another way to experience the northern part of the island is on horseback. Ibiza Horse Valley offers half-day rides through the mountains or full-day rides to the beach, and the company also operates as a horse rehabilitation programme, saving horses from mistreatment or abandonment. Riders will start their day by meeting all the horses before choosing the one they connect with and would like to ride on the tour.
