Villa Noe has been intricately styled and finished to the very highest of quality and taste. The refined attention to detail across the entire estate will delight you throughout your stay. With six grand double bedroom suites, Villa Noe accommodates up to twelve guests in some style.
Four bedrooms are in the main house. Another room enjoys its own space in the pool-side suite, which is separate from the main house and a further two bedrooms can be found in the self-contained guest house.
All rooms are spacious and restful, with natural light flooding in through the floor-length window and glass doors. The colours are earthy and natural. The six en-suite bathrooms are fabulous, blending ethnic decor with contemporary fittings.
The vast open plan lounge, dining, kitchen and breakfast area in Villa Noe is arranged across three tiers. It’s a luxurious space with understated furnishings and highly polished stone floor. As in the bedrooms, the entire room is airy and light thanks to floor to ceiling windows on all sides.
Your kitchen is on the upper level, overlooking the dining table just a few steps below. This area leads down to the lounge, from where you can step outside onto your al fresco dining terrace.
Creating a courtyard effect on three sides, Villa Noe provides the most elegant of outdoor dining rooms for you, your family and friends. Share delicious, unhurried meals and savour every moment.
On the fourth side, is your stunning view. With the irresistible pool terrace in front of you and the picturesque countryside beyond, it's easy to imagine lunches stretching on into the afternoon - you won’t want to leave this idyllic spot!
Maybe the pool will tempt you down a few more steps? Move out onto your heavenly sun terrace and pick any one of the sumptuous sunbeds for a post-lunch snooze. Or if you can’t wait, lower yourself into the incredible blue and cooling of your private pool.

- The layered, unrestricted design of the living and dining areas is divine, but unfortunately, the lack of barriers between the levels makes this villa unsuitable for little ones uncertain of their footing or direction

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa NoeVilla Noe is just a short drive from the village of San Jose. Set about ten minutes inland, off Ibiza’s western coast, it’s a slow-paced, traditional and charming village. Despite its popularity with ex-pats and visitors, it retains its personality and traditions.
There is locally produced food and craft market every Saturday in the main square, but the streets offer up good quality shops all week round, for clothes, shoes and gifts. Look out for tapas restaurants serving delicious lunches, sometimes without a menu, so follow the locals’ lead! When in Ibiza…
You’re spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches in this part of the island. Many on this stretch of the western coast are smaller and quieter. Cala Conta is a collection of several such sandy gems, where calm, sheltered bays provide perfect conditions for swimming in the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean.
Don your mask and snorkel for exploring the underwater world around the islets just offshore, or the shallow waters around the coves. The sand is gorgeous, and there are enough facilities, bars and restaurants to help everyone stay all day.
Ibizan sunsets are supposed to be at their most beautiful here. Book a table at a beachfront restaurant and treat yourself to dinner as the sky changes from blue to pink.
Nowhere is far on Ibiza, so if you fancy a taste of the world-famous bar and beach-club scene, head around the coast to San Antonio Bay or across the island to Ibiza Town.
The next morning, as you relax in the cool shade on your secluded terrace, nestled amongst the hills of Sa Talaia, you’ll be transported back to the peaceful haven that is Villa Noe. Enjoy.

THE REGION
A true island jewel, San José exemplifies the traditional heart of Ibiza. Loved by tourists and locals alike, San José offers a wonderful insight into life in a traditional Ibizan village. Nestled in the lush foothills of Sa Talaia, the highest mountain on the island, San José boasts a wealth of charming restaurants, bars and cafés, beautiful boutiques and local crafts at the traditional market.
There is a surprisingly wide choice of restaurants and bars in this small village, from exclusive restaurants to pizza places, traditional bars and spots where you can enjoy great cocktails and even live music.
San José has several nice small shops and boutiques. Here you can find some lovely souvenirs, including pretty traditional ceramics. There are also colourful Ibizan fashion items, trendy children's toys and many other lovely things you didn't even know you needed.

Best Suited For: All AgesYoung children may find the tiered lounge and dining area challenging to navigate, due to the unguarded drops between levels. Older children, however, will fall as deeply in love with Villa Noe as you will.
The six-bedroom suites make this an ideal venue for sharing a holiday with an extended family group or at least one other family. And the privacy afforded by the self-contained guest house and separate pool-side suite ensures everyone can enjoy their own space, especially grown-up, independent kids.
The outside terraces and simply gorgeous pool will be where you spend most of your time together. Soak up the sun from one of the stylish sunbeds, swim off yesterday’s cocktails, splash with the kids in the luxury of your private pool and dine al-fresco, while admiring your mountain view.
From Villa Noe, it’s just a short drive to sandy beaches with safe swimming, snorkelling, beach activities and chill-out bars and clubs, Ibizan style. You’ll want to make more than one trip to the charming village of San Jose, just a short car journey away. Or, for higher-octane adventures, cross the island to Ibiza Town or follow the coast to the legendary San Antonio Bay.
