The exterior also includes an expansive outdoor kitchen that contains a striking array of facilities for guests to use when they are preparing freshly cooked meals in the garden.
 
Inside, this property follows a deeply rustic theme, helping to create a very charming and comfortable home. This space includes a very large seating arrangement, helping to give guests enough space to kick back and relax whenever they please. Next to the living area is a spectacular dining area. This space includes a broad wooden table that is surrounded by white high-back chairs. As such, this is an ideal space to enjoy an array of divine meals and spend quality time together as a group. The kitchen within this property is nothing short of pure perfection, using an assortment of dark wooden motifs to create a decadent and traditional space. Villa Xumeu is also home to six truly exquisite bedrooms. The first five bedrooms also contain spacious double beds, some of which are four-poster beds. Villa Xumeu is located in the idyllic region of San Lorenzo, near San Carlos, a place that is teeming with a rich and vibrant history. San Carlos Church is a deeply significant religious landmark that can be found just a stone’s throw away from the centre of the region. This church is easily identified by its striking white walls and the immaculate lawn that sits close by. Although the church was first constructed in the 18th century, it underwent a series of developments much later. These renovations included the addition of a grandiose columned porch and a unique well. Guests can go inside this beautiful building and immerse themselves in the vast selection of artefacts and fixtures that are showcased throughout the interior. There is also a selection of artisan bakeries and shops located just a short walk away, ensuring that guests can explore the local areas after visiting the church.
 
San Carlos is also well known for its intoxicating hippy roots, with the Punta Arabi Hippy market being a key landmark within the region. This market was first formed in 1973 and has quickly grown into the largest and oldest of its kind. With over 500 stalls to explore, guests have the opportunity to learn more about this enticing culture as well as purchase a range of authentic products such as bags, clothes, and jewellery. As these products are relatively inexpensive, it is an ideal place to pick up a few souvenirs to remind you of your trip. Plus, a variety of bars and restaurants operate in this area, meaning that guests can grab a bite to eat as they explore this incredible market. The Punta Arabi Hippy Market is located just over 10-minutes away and occurs every Wednesday from 10 am till 6 pm.
