The second bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and an open bathroom layout with a shower cubicle and a separate closed toilet. The third bedroom is ideal for families or guests, equipped with two single beds that can be easily combined. A conveniently located toilet in the hallway ensures that guests are well accommodated.

This wonderful location is perfect for those seeking the more relaxing and laid back side of Ibiza as it away from the parties and clubs that have become synonymous with the island. The villa is two kilometres from the centre of Santa Eulalia des Riu, meaning guests can enjoy the quiet natural surroundings of the villa, whilst still being able to easily access the restaurants and shops of the town.
Santa Eulalia des Riu is great for couples and families; the town has a relaxed atmosphere with lots of activities and facilities everyone can get on board with. Explore the picturesque streets and enjoy the architecture as you discover quaint little bars and restaurants down side streets. The towns culinary scene is the envy of Ibiza, with both amazing Spanish food and a wide range of cuisine, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Be sure to visit the beach within the town. The sandy beach has crystal clear waters fantastic bars along the promenade. Relax on the sand and enjoy basking in the Spanish sun before enjoying a refreshing cocktail with a view. There is plenty of fun to be had in the seafront beyond a swim; there are lots of vendors of water sports and boat tours that are well worth talking to. Parasailing and water-skiing are some of the popular activity’s tourists try from the beach, but there are also pedalo’s and kayaks for those looking to explore the water. The large beach, although popular, never gets to busy through the year, but if you would like to find a more rural setting, the coast has plenty of options for a quieter day by the sea.
Walking has become very popular in Ibiza in recent years, the rugged terrain and fantastic views make for a great day trip. The coast has lots of different paths that are well worth exploring, but with markers often far apart we recommend you bring a map and other equipment for the day.
With beautiful surroundings and access to amazing beaches, there is no shortage of beautifying or activities to enjoy from this wonderful villa.

THE REGION
Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's third largest resort, is only 21 km from the airport and is a beloved destination for families and those seeking a quieter holiday. There is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach, and the choice of hotels and apartments in and around the town itself is excellent.
Stroll along the famous promenade, where interestingly much of the beach is man-made, for some people watching and bar-hopping, then cruise down to the flashy marina to check out the luxury yachts moored in the port. Visit the mini-markets in the main square or head further around the coast to the hippy markets at Es Canar. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to know Ibiza's one and only golf course is in the region too.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Rubra is the perfect place for a family getaway when visiting the gorgeous island of Ibiza. The villa has spacious rooms, leaving the kids with plenty of room for games and toys. When it comes to the evening, the whole family can enjoy and an old favourite movie on the huge sofa in the living room, before nodding off after an exciting day. Outside the villa has some fantastic features the kids will love. The private pool is a great addition; the kids can jump in the cool water and play games, you could even pick up some inflatables from the local shops for added fun. The jacuzzi is also particularly popular, young kids will love the fun bubbles, whilst the adults can relax in front of, the fantastic views.
The villa is located in Santa Eulalia des Riu, a picturesque town offering a more relaxed and slower pace than many of the other town’s ion the island. Santa Eulalia des Riu is ideally suited to families although offering a lively and fun atmosphere; it is still a laid back and family-oriented. There is a wide range of restaurants and cuisines available, many of which catering to children with special menus and high-chairs. Be sure to wander the streets after enjoying a delicious family meal, and head towards the promenade for a stroll along the beach, but don’t forget to pick up ice creams for the kids!
The local beach really is perfect for families; there are numerous access ramps belong buggies get to the sand, as well as the entire beach being smoke-free. The shallow waters are crystal clear, with fine sand making it ideal for kids to play, enjoy watching them bury each other before jumping in the water to wash the sand off! Older children will also find plenty of fun; there are many activities available along the beach with both gentle and adrenaline activities to chose from. The gentle waters are a great place to try water-skiing or wakeboarding, and the amazing coastline makes parasailing also a fun option.
With a gorgeous villa and plenty to do in the local area, this family-friendly home from home is great for kids.
