Welcome to Villa Xicu, a single-storey villa offering a seamless blend of relaxation and convenience. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this villa is ideal for a family getaway with the kids.
Inside Villa Xicu, guests will find a modern, galley-style kitchen that is well-equipped with all essential facilities, such as a microwave, oven and dishwasher. The cosy living area hosts a dinner table for up to six guets, two inviting sofas as well as a TV, providing the perfect place to relax at the end of a long day soaking up the Ibizan sun.
Retreat to one of three well-appointed bedrooms, including a bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with twin beds. A second shared bathroom ensures plenty of space for all guests. Whilst there is no air conditioning at Villa Xicu, there are fans in each bedroom, and the villa is tiled throughout, to keep you cool during the warmer months.
Outside, enjoy your own private oasis with a swimming pool, small lawned area, and a covered porch with seating for six. Grill your favourite meals on the gas barbecue and lounge on the outdoor sofa.

THE REGION
Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's third largest resort, is only 21 km from the airport and is a beloved destination for families and those seeking a quieter holiday. There is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach, and the choice of hotels and apartments in and around the town itself is excellent.
Stroll along the famous promenade, where interestingly much of the beach is man-made, for some people watching and bar-hopping, then cruise down to the flashy marina to check out the luxury yachts moored in the port. Visit the mini-markets in the main square or head further around the coast to the hippy markets at Es Canar. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to know Ibiza's one and only golf course is in the region too.
