We had a super holiday staying here!
The villa was great for a family holiday with a young baby. The option to have the pool heated was especially welcome for our little one. Restaurants and two lovely beaches were a relatively easy walk away so we didn’t need a car. The team were communicative and friendly and helped us feel relaxed. We had a super holiday staying here.

We spent two weeks at Lanzarote Majica, I highly recommend it, very nice, comfortable house and very well equipped, as described.
For me the most are: house in a very quiet residential area, no semi-detached houses and especially perfect distances between houses.
The pool is superb and without anyone opposite the pool as confirmed to us by the team -

This villa really is 'magic’!
This villa really is 'magic’! It had everything to meet the needs of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. Spacious, clean and well located. Being close to Flamingo Beach, the Waterpark and the Spar shop was a bonus. Special mention to the local coffee shop 'Cafe Ole' which is beside Spar - great coffee and croissants. Facilities at the villa are first class, the fixtures and fittings are of a high quality, air conditioning works well, and the pool is a good size. The communication with the team was exceptional, so responsive to any queries. We were allowed a late checkout without penalty. I highly recommend a stay at 'Lanzarote Majica'.

Our stay here was absolutely fabulous
Our stay here was absolutely fabulous. The house had absolutely everything we needed. It was spacious, private, extremely well equipped and very very comfortable. The A/C in the sitting room and the main bedroom was an absolute life saver as the outside temperatures were climbing right through our stay.
Our kids loved the pool, which was plenty big enough and also behind a lockable gate which made it very safe.
We were only 5-10 mins walk away from bars and restaurants and also a really nice beach.
I would highly recommend this villa to family’s or a couple of couples looking for a really nice comfortable holiday.
The host was very contactable and responded almost immediately to a couple of queries we had.
Hope to get back there in the future.

Stunning villa!
My friends and I stayed here for 10 days. The villa was stunning with everything we needed and more. The hosts were so helpful, kind and communicative and also allowed us to extend our check-in in and check-out which was much appreciated. They provided great recommendations and were always a quick response away to any questions we had regarding the property.

Amazing villa with beautiful views. Close to the beach and restaurants.
We had a child aged 2 with us and it felt so safe in the villa, letting him walk around. The pool area was closed off so he was unable to access it.
Definitely stay again.

Really lovely stay. Villa was perfect, great location, everything you could need. Great space, good size warm pool and easy walking distance to Flamingo Beach. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Even got us in a basic shop as we had a late arrival. We’ll be back!

We felt at home
We felt at home. Very spacious home as shown in the pictures. There is no shortage of details and the team have been pending from the beginning to make us feel at home and to resolve anything we needed. The area is very quiet despite having very close amenities and the house and especially the pool area, they offer a lot of privacy. Check-in and check-out were flexible. Definitely highly recommended.

Chilled-out family-friendly holiday!
Lovely Villa and the gated pool was just fantastic, it was our first holiday abroad with our 2 boys (7 and 4) and the pool made the holiday. We went out and about in the morning then spent the afternoons around the pool. Peaceful and quiet location too - Flamingo Beach within walking distance and so nice and Rubicon Marina was great to have lunch and a wander. Definitely recommend this villa for a chilled-out family-friendly holiday!
