Villa Las Palmeras is a large four-bedroom modern villa, ideally located a short walk from the sort after Puerto Calero. Set over two levels this property boasts four double rooms, on the first floor, are three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.
A large terrace wraps the property giving each room plenty of light and offering an outdoor-indoor living arrangement. The fourth bedroom is situated on the ground floor. With not one but two large living rooms, there is plenty of space to all be together in the evenings. There is even a pool table and bar in the second living room on the ground floor for those looking to make the most of their holiday.
This property has everything you could want from a property if you are keen on keeping fit and pampering yourself. With a large indoor pool, gym corner, sauna and jacuzzi, there is not much else left to be desired. The indoor pools glass doors retract and lead you to the outdoor solarium, a sanctuary for privacy and quiet. A covered and furnished terrace with a built-in BBQ area is ideal for lunches and warm evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the property also has a separate dining room.
There is plenty to do in this region, from Golf to Waterparks only 20 minutes away — only a short walk to a variety of restaurants and the upmarket marina of Puerto Calero. The Marina is a fantastic place for people watching bringing in boats from all over the world. No more than 2km from the property is a small pebbly beach, but if you want to enjoy a sandy beach with a variety of shops and even more restaurants head over to Puerto Del Carmen which is 5km away. The airport is just over 10km from the property so you can really enjoy this property car-free if you wanted to.

- There is no safety fence around the pool, so make sure you keep an eye on younger children
- With all-year-round sunshine, don’t forget to pack your sun cream!

- As Lanzarote is a volcanic island, please don’t expect to find too many forests or green fields

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa Las PalmerasPuerto Calero is situated on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen, although it’s part of the municipality of Yaiza which covers the resort of Playa Blanca. José Calero had the idea of building a marina in this area of Lanzarote back in 1983, and after four years of construction, the Puerto Calero marina was first operational in 1989.
The Marina was extended to double its size in time for its 10th anniversary in 1999 and in 2006 a super berth section was added for boats 25-50m. The Puerto Calero marina now has 450 berths and is suitable for superyachts up to a maximum length of 60m, some of the world’s luxurious vessels have moored here over the years.
Puerto Calero is much more than a marina, there are a wide selection of cafés, bars and restaurants along the waterfront and its a beautiful place to sit and watch the comings and goings, with the sound of the clink of ropes on the masts, and the school of fish that swim around the Marina – eager for any leftover bread from your meal.
If you want to do more than just sit, Puerto Calero is the base for a number of water-based activities, such as the Catlanza catamaran trips, Submarine excursions and a variety of sport-fishing boats which allow you to try your skill at landing Marlin and Blue-fin Tuna in some of the best and most productive waters you can find.
If you prefer being in — rather than on — the water there are a couple of dive schools operating out of the Marina who offer instruction and guided dives from beginner through to advanced levels.
The array of shops in Puerto Calero is not vast, but you will find some very nice boutiques alongside souvenir shops which are more upmarket than in the other resorts of Lanzarote.
