THE REGION

Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist town on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Tías. Most of Lanzarote's over 1 million visitors per year choose this town as their destination. As a result, it remains Lanzarote's most popular resort, now sprawling along 7km of the island's south-central coast.

With sunshades, four lanes deep, and just 10-minute drive southwest from the airport, Lanzarote's original purpose-built resort is a primarily British-geared hub packed with bars, restaurants, clubs, jet skis, dive schools, banana boats, sports screens, and plenty of shopping.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit £250 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge, please enquire (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.
- Please note that during high season, all bookings will be based on the max capacity rate.
- In order to book this property, the lead guest must be over 18 years old.
- The first child under the age of 2 years old at the time of travel stays free. Please enquire during the booking process.
