Welcome to Villa Carta, a spacious and bright property, located in a quiet and exclusive residential area, it’s still just a short distance from Puerto del Carmen’s restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. You’re also only a couple of minutes' drive from the old harbour and beautiful golden beaches.
Inside, the villa features a large hallway that leads into a big, split-level dining room and lounge with high ceilings. The accommodation includes six bedrooms: two with super king beds and en-suite bathrooms, two with a double and single bed, one with a double bed, and one with twin beds. Each room is comfortably furnished, with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The villa has four bathrooms: two en-suites with a bath and separate shower, a separate bathroom with unique lava stone walls and a sunken bath, and an additional shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, including an oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. The large dining area can seat up to 12 people, and the comfortable lounge area includes a TV with satellite channels.
Outside, you’ll find an electrically heated swimming pool (heated from November to April, see Ts&Cs), with Roman steps and a small baby pool. The pool area is surrounded by high walls for complete privacy and features a terrace with sun loungers, patio furniture, a built-in barbecue, and a poolside shower. For entertainment, there’s also a pool table and dart board that the whole family can enjoy.
What you should know…
- There are no handrails leading into the pool and the pool is unfenced, so children must be well-supervised when playing in the vicinity
- Since this property is spread out across one level, it is a great option for those with reduced mobility, however, it should be noted that the open-plan living / dining room is over a split-level accessible by a couple of stairs
- Although situated in an ideal location and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, the villa is set on a hill, so a car or taxi use is recommended for guests staying at Villa Carta

Another nearby attraction is Rancho Texas, an exciting animal park just a ten-minute drive from the villa. THE REGION
Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist town on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Tías. Most of Lanzarote's over 1 million visitors per year choose this town as their destination. As a result, it remains Lanzarote's most popular resort, now sprawling along 7km of the island's south-central coast.
With sunshades, four lanes deep, and just 10-minute drive southwest from the airport, Lanzarote's original purpose-built resort is a primarily British-geared hub packed with bars, restaurants, clubs, jet skis, dive schools, banana boats, sports screens, and plenty of shopping.

For families with young kids, Submarine Safaris Lanzarote offers an exciting underwater adventure. Located about 10 minutes from Villa Carta, they provide submarine tours where you can descend up to 30 meters for a close-up view of marine life without getting wet. It’s a perfect way to spark curiosity about marine biology.
Nearby, Rooftop Bisofera offers a unique outdoor cinema experience. Located a short distance from the villa, this cinema provides cozy blankets and noise-cancelling headphones for a luxurious movie night under the stars. They show a variety of films, from classics like "Back to the Future" to recent hits, making it a great evening out for movie buffs.
