An extensive and calming property based in the region of Puerto Del Carmen, Villa Polca is suitable for families who enjoy coming together but also enjoy their own space. Inside, you will first come across two spectacular bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a spacious double bed. The second bedroom contains two single beds, making it ideal for two small children or a couple who prefers to sleep apart.
Moving up to the first floor, guests will find the living areas. The lounge contains two sofas, which provide the perfect spot for recharging your batteries after a long day. Guests can use this space to kick back and relax as they catch up on their favourite shows on the flat screen TV that sits at the back of the room. The dining area comprises of a sleek glass-topped table and an accompanying selection of high-backed chairs. The fully equipped kitchen provides guests with everything they would need to craft a diverse assortment of mouth-watering meals that the whole family is sure to love.

The lower level leads out to the pool and patio area where you can relax and enjoy the Lanzarote sunshine or take some shade in the seated area.

THE REGION
Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist town on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Tías. Most of Lanzarote's over 1 million visitors per year choose this town as their destination. As a result, it remains Lanzarote's most popular resort, now sprawling along 7km of the island's south-central coast.
With sunshades, four lanes deep, and just 10-minute drive southwest from the airport, Lanzarote's original purpose-built resort is a primarily British-geared hub packed with bars, restaurants, clubs, jet skis, dive schools, banana boats, sports screens, and plenty of shopping.

If you wish to purchase souvenirs to show off back home, a trip to the Puerto del Carmen market is an ideal way to do so. This market is well-known for its vast selection of fake designer goods, including watches and handbags. As such, guests have the opportunity to pick up an array of opulent items for a much more affordable price. Alongside these items, this market also boasts an assortment of food stalls, allowing guests to get an authentic taste of the region. The Puerto del Carmen market occurs every Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and can be found in Plaza del Varadero, which is just over 5 minutes away from the villa.
Rooftop Bisofera is a unique outdoor cinema that allows guests to enjoy a selection of blockbuster films in comfort and style. Before enjoying the film, guests can delve into a delicious meal to ensure that they are fully prepared for the next action-packed hit.
