Villa Quema is a perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. Positioned at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this  property offers privacy and is a great place to unwind away from the crowds but still close enough to enjoy the local resort facilities.

Inside, Villa Quema features a spacious open-plan design. Each of the four bedrooms comes with ample wardrobe space, air conditioning, and direct access to private terraces, whilst the kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and has a center island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The dining area and living room, with comfortable leather sofas and a flat-screen TV, provide a cosy space to relax. A spiral staircase in the living room leads to a roof terrace with spectacular views, although it’s something to be cautious about if you have small children.

Outside, the villa offers plenty of space with a large terrace accessible from all rooms. The elevated covered area is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing with a coffee. When you're ready to take a dip in the pool, steps lead down to the pool terrace, which is furnished with sun loungers and bordered by a small garden. The rectangular pool is heated from November to April (see Ts&Cs) and has easy access via Roman steps. There’s also a ramp for those with reduced mobility.

THE REGION

Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist town on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Tías. Most of Lanzarote's over 1 million visitors per year choose this town as their destination. As a result, it remains Lanzarote's most popular resort, now sprawling along 7km of the island's south-central coast.

With sunshades, four lanes deep, and just 10-minute drive southwest from the airport, Lanzarote's original purpose-built resort is a primarily British-geared hub packed with bars, restaurants, clubs, jet skis, dive schools, banana boats, sports screens, and plenty of shopping.

Parents should be aware however, that the swimming pool is unfenced so children should be well-supervised when playing outside.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit £250 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available at this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible. Between 19/08/2025 - 02/09/2025, Tuesday only.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.

Other Ts and Cs - Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item, paid to OT before travel. Please request during the booking process.
- For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between November - April inclusive. Outside of these months, this will be at an additional cost of £100 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. - The first child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Please enquire for more information.
- In order to book this property the lead guest must be over 18 years old.
- Please be considerate of your neighbours and mindful of noise levels.
