The main living and dining space opens out to a wonderful covered terrace for shady relaxation and al-fresco meals whilst the games roomis an elegant spot for spending quality time with family and friends.

The main part of the house is home to four air-conditioned double bedrooms, each one modern in design with gentle colour palettes to create a calming ambience. The spacious master bedroom is especially stunning with its extravagant bath tub sitting proudly in the room alongside a double walk-in shower. Head downstairs to the gym and gorgeous cinema lounge, for a fantastic way to escape the summer sun.

Also on the lower ground floor are three one-bedroom apartments with air-conditioning, each one accessed externally, allowing Country Home Alcudia to comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. The apartments could be ideal options for guests seeking a little independence such as grandparents or older teens.

Wander down the grand staircase towards the swimming pool where there is ample space to rest in the Mallorcan sunshine throughout the day. As evening nears, enjoy a romantic moment on the roof terrace as you peek over the surrounding trees towards the mountain peaks, a truly picturesque setting in north-eastern Mallorca.

What you should know…

  • There are four bedrooms in the main part of the villa and three bedrooms across three apartments on the lower ground floor (all accessed externally)
  • Air-conditioning is only featured in the bedrooms (central air-conditioning in the main house bedrooms and individual air-conditioning units in the apartment bedrooms)
  • Children should be supervised outside due to the open swimming pool, and they are not allowed on the roof terrace due to the low walls (please note the steps to the roof are not gated)

Less than an hour from Palma Airport, Country Home Alcudia enjoys a wonderful location between the charming old towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, only a 10-minute drive from the sea.

Alcudia, Mallorca’s oldest town and one of island’s most loved destinations, is just a short drive away. Be enchanted as you explore the narrow medieval lanes, soaking up the town’s rich heritage with its impressive city walls dating back to the 14th century (you can climb up to parts of the wall for amazing views). Pass inviting little shops, bustling café terraces, restaurants and atmospheric bars until you reach the main square, Plaça de la Constitució. Experience the twice-weekly market on a Tuesday and Sunday morning, one of the island’s largest markets and a great way to pick up fruit, vegetables and other local delights.

Just a little further is Alcudia’s beautiful long beach, with its blue flag status, loved by families with its soft sand and gorgeous water backed by pine trees and beachfront restaurants, cafes and bars. The promenade is ideal for a long walk by the beach with idyllic views. There are also plenty of opportunities for summer watersports including windsurfing, paddle boarding and kite surfing. Boat trips depart the marina for a range of sight-seeing tours and excursions. 

It goes without saying that this region is a paradise for walking and hiking enthusiasts with marked trails through the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana and coastal paths around the rugged Cap de Formentor. Cycling is also so loved across north-eastern Mallorca with challenging routes alongside gentler paths whilst golf-lovers have Pollensa Golf Club just a 10-minute drive away.

THE REGION

The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.

The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Families will love playing together across Country Home Alcudia’s vast grounds with the fantastic swimming pool and space to play volleyball and football.
It’s fantastic being just a 10-minute drive to Alcudia’s much-loved beach with soft white sand, clear shallow water and a range of seasonal watersports and pedalo hire. It’s blue-flag status means it is especially popular with families and there is usually plenty of space considering how long it is – it is one of the largest beaches in the Balearics. Look out for lifeguards in the height of the summer.

The promenade is perfect for early evening strolls for all the family – come across play areas as you wander along the beach. There’s also the popular Hidropark Alcudia located between the old town and the coast, with its wave pool and plenty of slides. 

There are many boat excursions from Alcudia’s marina in the summer months from glass-bottom tours to sight-seeing cruises along the rugged coastline, many stopping off for swimming opportunities. There is even the chance to look out for dolphins as the sun rises, an idyllic experience for every age.

Security deposit €2000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
