Deluxe Cielo is a modern villa located in Bonaire, a quiet, upscale suburb of Alcudia. Positioned on a hill, it offers stunning views of the Bay of Alcudia and the Tramuntana mountain range. Bonaire is a peaceful coastal area with two sandy beaches, a small marina, a diving school, kayak rentals, and a selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. The town of Alcudia and the beach resorts of Port d’Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are just a short drive away.
The villa, newly built with high-end design, features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and impressive views. Outside, there is a large terrace, well-maintained gardens, and a uniquely shaped infinity pool with two levels and a waterfall. The terrace is equipped with a Balinese day bed, lounge chairs, and potted plants, as well as a shaded dining area, an outdoor lounge, and a separate barbecue area.
The interior offers a comfortable living space with a large sofa, stylish chairs, and a television. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to the terrace, and a modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an indoor dining area. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, featuring a king-size bed, wardrobe, and en suite bathroom.
Upstairs, a glass staircase leads to the master suite, which has a king-size bed, large windows, a walk-in closet, and an open bathroom with a freestanding tub and marble shower. Two more bedrooms on this floor also have king-size beds, access to a balcony, and en suite bathrooms. There is also a small lounge area perfect for reading and enjoying the views. Deluxe Cielo offers a comfortable and luxurious stay in a beautiful part of Mallorca.

- Please note that while the garden is walled, the infinity swimming pool is unfenced and also has a steep drop, so children should be well-supervised when playing around the pool area
- Guest should note that the fireplace is decorative and not functional
- Note: There are two new builds in the area, therefore there may be some occasional noise. For more information, please inquire at time of booking as the new builds progress rapidly, and you may not be affected

About the surrounding area of Deluxe CieloDeluxe Cielo is located on the hillside in Bonaire, a beautiful, exclusive and quiet residential area of Mallorca.
The villa is a short drive from the tourist hub of Alcudia, as well as Port d'Alcudia, known for its seven-mile-long Blue Flag beach. Alcudia’s marina is a lively spot with trendy bars, restaurants, and various excursions, such as trips to Menorca, dolphin-watching tours, and glass-bottomed boat rides. Alcudia's Old Town is a great place for an evening out, featuring cobblestone streets, charming balconies, cozy cafes, unique boutiques, and excellent restaurants. The area also hosts a vibrant outdoor market and various cultural events like traditional festivals and music concerts. Visitors can explore the town’s medieval walls and enjoy panoramic views of the Bay of Pollensa. Alcudia has a rich history, from its Roman roots to its later Moorish influence. Key sights include the Neo-Gothic Sant Jaume Church and the Sa Bassa Blanca Museum, known for its contemporary art and beautiful gardens.
Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are also nearby. Pollensa is a historic walled town with beautiful architecture, modern art galleries, stylish restaurants, and a lively market. Puerto Pollensa offers stunning white sand beaches with warm, shallow water. Formentor, a bit further away, is also worth visiting for its breathtaking views.
Wine lovers can visit local vineyards such as Bodegas Can Vidalet and Bodega Butxet. Mortitx winery, located on a winding road between Pollensa and Lluc, is an emerging player in the Balearic wine scene and offers a unique experience despite its remote location.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Best Suited For: All AgesDeluxe Cielo is a great choice for families, with plenty of space for kids to play and a great swimming pool to play in. The two beaches in Bonaire, along with the marina and cafes, are perfect for family outings.
Port d'Alcudia Beach offers crystal-clear water and many watersports, while Playa de Muro is great for learning to kitesurf or windsurf. Cala Sant Vicenc, a peaceful cove, provides a more secluded beach experience, and Puerto Pollensa offers a floating water park, snorkeling, and dolphin-watching trips.
Puerto Alcudia’s Kartingmania has tracks for both younger and older kids, and Hidropark Waterpark features slides, a wave pool, and playgrounds.
Further away, the treetop adventure park at Santa Ponsa offers zip lines and circuits for all ages. Caves like Coves d’Arta and Coves de Drach are popular with kids, providing exciting tours through beautiful chambers and even live classical music in some.
