Overview
Deluxe Panoramic offers superb, contemporary accommodation to eight very lucky guests. The villa is a contemporary masterpiece, located in the affluent little Alcudia suburb of Bonaire. Bonaire offers calm, tranquility and natural beauty. It is a picturesque unspoilt area of coast, brimming with pine trees and boasting the two delightful sandy beaches, Sant Pere and Sant Joan which are about five minutes drive from the villa. Bonaire enjoys a picturesque marina, a diving school, kayak hire, some fabulous bars and restaurants and a few shops. The walled town of Alcudia and the fantastic beach resorts of Port d’Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are just a short drive from this wonderful villa.
Deluxe Panoramic is built with the finest of materials over two floors. The villa is surrounded by a lush, well-maintained garden full of majestic cypress and other trees and lush lawns with private parking for several cars. Deluxe Panoramic offers upside down living with the living spaces all the better for being elevated on the hillside.
The main living space is drowned in natural light through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open fully to the first floor balcony. This airy space offers a contemporary dining table and chairs and squishy sofas as well as a television. Superb wooden floors throughout the villa make the spaces feel seamless. Dazzling white walls run throughout the villa, decorated with contemporary art. Just behind the living space is your sleek, beautifully styled kitchen, again in dazzling white with a black splashback and worktops. The central island boasts stools so that guests can keep the chef in your group company. Outside on the terrace, you will find a barbecue for those alfresco suppers. This first floor balcony is beautifully furnished with outdoor dining and lounge furniture, the perfect spot to watch glorious sunsets and the twinkling lights later in the evening. A modern steel and glass staircase takes you up even higher to the rooftop balcony.
Like the living spaces, the bedroom decor is chic, cool and contemporary. With minimalist styling, the spaces feel huge, light and airy. There are four spacious bedrooms, all complete with beautifully tiled, sleek ensuite bathrooms that boast the very best of fittings. Two of the bedrooms enjoy walk-in dressing rooms and three of the bedrooms offer sumptuous kingsize beds. The last bedroom boasts comfy twins.
The pool terrace is amazing with a gorgeous infinity pool surrounded by loungers, a Balinese double bed and greenery.
NOTE: We are waiting for new exterior photos, from the owner, showing the current view from the swimming pool terrace as there is now brush fencing and a new built house adjacent.

Location
About the surrounding area of Deluxe PanoramicDeluxe Panoramic boasts a stunning location on the hillside in Bonaire, a beautiful, exclusive and quiet residential area with two romantic little beaches. Playa de Sant Pere is a charming, peaceful beach with fine sand, crystal clear water and Playa de Sant Joan, equally lovely, is just around the corner. Both beaches are just minutes away from the villa.
The tourist hub of Alcudia is a very short drive from the villa, as is the ever popular Port d’Alcudia with its seven mile long Blue Flag beach. Alcudia’s picturesque marina is the waterside setting for many trendy bars and restaurants. It is a buzzy hub of activity with many boat excursions running from it, including day trips to Menorca, dolphin watching tours and glass-bottomed boats. The romantic Alcudia Old Town is wonderfully atmospheric with narrow cobbled streets, Romeo and Juliet balconies, cozy, authentic cafes, unique little boutiques, fantastic gastronomic restaurants and fabulous tapas bars. It also boasts a vibrant open-air market which you should definitely go to. Visitors can walk around the entire perimeter of the medieval walls, either on the inside using the Cami de Ronde route or on the outside, using what has now become a gardened walk. From the top of the walls, you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views of the Bay of Pollensa. Alcudia Old Town hosts many cultural events including traditional fiestas and classical music festivals. Alcudia Old Town boasts an incredible history. The Romans brought an end to piracy and built the town but later, Alcudia was destroyed in the 6th century. The town returned to greatness under the Moors. The narrow streets of the Old Town, especially Carrer d’en Serra are resonant of its Arab past. The walls you see today were added in the early 14th century under the rule of King Jaume II. You shouldn’t miss the fabulous Neo-Gothic Sant Jaume Church and the fantastic Sa Bassa Blanca Museum which is home to amazing contemporary art and stunning gardens. Alcudia’s Roman ruins and museum, just outside the walls, are very interesting.
Pollensa and Puerta Pollensa are also just a short drive away. Pollensa is an ancient, charming, attractive, walled town with stunning architecture, modern art galleries, fabulous boutiques, chic, gastronomic restaurants and a lively market. Puerto Pollensa is wonderful with its dazzling white sand and shallow, warm water. A little further on, Formentor is absolutely spectacular and worth the bumpy drive to get there.
There are a number of vineyards close by where you can taste some delicious wines. Bodegas Can Vidalet at Pollensa and Bodega Butxet are excellent. The Mortitx winery, hidden off a winding road between Pollensa and Lluc, is a young and up-and-coming contender in the Balearic wine market. It is worth the navigating the hairpin bends of the Tramuntana mountain range to find it.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesChildren love Deluxe Panoramic. The pool is excellent and there is so much space everywhere to play. The two beaches of Bonaire are delightful, as is the marina and the lovely bars and cafes.
The 7 kilometre long Port d’Alcudia Beach is amazing for children. There are many watersports to choose from together with gorgeous, crystal clear water. Watersports Mallorca are based just east of the Old Town at Playa de Muro where children can learn to kitesurf or windsurf as well as hire other equipment. Not far away, a gorgeous tranquil beach is Cala Sant Vicenc. It is an enchanting natural cove lying 4km off the road between Pollensa town and the port. There is a sense of seclusion you will not find at the busier tourist resorts. There a few excellent fish restaurants too. There are plenty of watersports on offer as well as sandcastle building and swimming in the lovely azure shallow waters of Puerto Pollensa. You can take your pick of amazing boat rides from glass-bottom boats to catamarans and speed boats. Dolphin watching is on offer in addition to snorkeling trips and diving lessons. Puerto Pollensa’s floating water park is very popular. Children are given life jackets and swim to the park or use the rope connecting it to the beach. It is challenging and great fun.
The Hotel Bellevue Complex at Puerto Alcudia boasts a thrilling go-karting playground called Kartingmania which is open to all visitors. There is a special track for 4-7 year olds and children over 7 years old can drive on the main track in customized, gasoline-powered karts.
The Hidropark Waterpark in Alcudia boasts kamikaze slides, a wave pool, swimming and water playgrounds. There are gentle slides for very young children. There are also inflatable castles, trampolines, giant floating balls and a golf course. It is set in lush landscaped gardens and is a great day out.
Further away, the thrilling tree top adventure park at Santa Ponsa is set in 9 hectares of pine forest. There are 123 platforms built into the trees with 3 different circuits with bridges, swings, ladders and zip lines for varying abilities. The Pirate circuit is for young children over 4 years old and the Explorer and Extreme circuits are more challenging for older children and adults.
A popular outing for children is to visit some of Mallorca’s interesting caves. Coves d’Arta’s guided tour takes you through various chambers to the ‘Queen of Pillars’, a huge stalagmite 22 metres tall. Coves de Drach, which means Caves of the Dragon, is the most famous of the caves. It has four caves where musicians play classical music from the boats on the underground lake.
In the direction of Palma you will discover the traditional village of Campanet. The Ses Coves de Campanet are a lovely sight to see. Children love caves and there is a wonderful natural ambience on the small hillside with glorious views over the surrounding countryside. Alternatively, you can head to the Drach Caves at Porto Cristo. You take a boat ride on the lake in the caves and listen to a quartet playing to classical music on a boat, an amazing adventure!
