Villa Migdia is a stylish and modern property in the exclusive Bonaire area near Alcúdia, designed by a team of top architects and interior designers. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, it features a spacious 12 x 6 m pool set in manicured lawns, with large terraces perfect for relaxing or sunbathing. The villa’s location offers easy access to Bonaire’s marina, restaurants, and nearby beaches.
Inside, the layout is open and bright, with large windows and French doors in every room allowing sunlight to pour in and providing views of the gardens. The raised ground floor includes a large living and dining area alongside a fully equipped, high-end kitchen, with doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the Bay of Pollensa and the surrounding mountains.
The villa has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to ten guests. Two of the bedrooms come with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms, while three twin rooms share two shower rooms. For wine lovers, the Bodega Games Ribot winery is just over 30 minutes from Alcúdia. This winery spans 13 hectares of vineyards and also produces its own honey. Using a mix of local grapes, Bodega Games Ribot offers tours tailored to each visitor’s preferences.
The area is also known for its historic Catholic sites, such as Sant Jaume’s Church, built in the 1300s under King James I. Though it was rebuilt in a Neo-Gothic style in 1893 after storm damage, the church retains its impressive high ceilings and notable artifacts. Located just a five-minute drive from Alcúdia’s center, it’s a must-see for those interested in the area’s religious history.

THE REGION

Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.
