Guests can use this space to enjoy a collection of delicious meals whilst enjoying the warmth of the glorious Spanish sun. There is also an expansive garden area that is lined with a large and expertly manicured lawn.
On the ground floor, Villa Teix makes use of a sleek monochrome style. The lounge area contains a pair of modern black leather sofas that are effortlessly contrasted with the striking white walls. Thus, guests can kick back and relax whilst enjoying their favourite shows on the flatscreen TV. The combined kitchen/dining area also adheres to a white and minimalist colour scheme. The dining area contains a glass-topped rattan table with a set of matching chairs. The kitchen is extremely simplistic and attractive, using an array of bright white cupboards and countertops. The ground floor is home to two main bedrooms. The first room uses a spacious double bed, giving guests enough space to sleep each night peacefully during their stay. The first room also contains an opulent en-suite bathroom.
Moving on to the second bedroom, this room contains a single bed that allows access to an opulent outdoor terrace. In turn, this room is perfect for a guest who wants to awake each morning and watch the sunrise from an incredible perspective. This terrace also contains a section of sun loungers and a seating area for an added sense of luxury. Plus, this room is ideal if you wish to remain separate from the rest of the house guests. The lower level of this property is also home to a twin bedroom that is also connected to a separate bathroom.

This exquisite 18-hole course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr and aimed to give guests an immersive and challenging game every time. Moreover, the course contains 58 different types of bunkers, creating a complex and nuanced course for all levels of players to enjoy. Club de Golf Alcanada also hosts a high-end restaurant on-site, presenting a range of delicious meals for guests to indulge in. This club can be found just 10-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia, and an 18-hole game costs just €145 per guest.
If you are looking to splash out on a delectable meal whilst on holiday in Alcudia, The Wine Side is a real treat. This charming establishment is just 5-minutes away from the town centre and offers a plethora of extensive dishes such as grilled Galician razor clams and fresh squid. Wine lovers will also be pleased by the long list of native and organic wines, all of which can be purchased for a relatively reasonable price. The Wine Side is praised by the locals for its use of fresh produce and incredibly moreish dessert options. This restaurant is only open on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at select times.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

If you are travelling with children who adore ancient history, the Roman Remains of Pollentia is an ideal landmark to visit. This attraction is made up of an acclaimed and expansive excavation site that has been in use since the early 1920s. Archaeological surveyors from all over Europe have been uncovering and restoring this site, claiming that it dates back to 123 BC. They have discovered an authentic Roman theatre, forum, and residential town, all of which can be visited by tourists. There is even a museum located close by that presents an even larger collection of Roman artefacts. The Roman Remains of Pollentia is just a 3-minute drive away from the centre of Alcudia.
Due to its expansive landscapes and rich horticulture, Alcudia has become a suitable home for a wide selection of unconventional wildlife species. S’Albufera Natural Park is a considerable nature reserve that is well regarded for its collection of wild birds, a majority of which view this park as a stopping point when they are travelling from Africa to Europe. The park also contains various hiking trails that can be travelled either by foot or by bike. As such, guests can use the intuitive on-site visitor centre to learn more about these trails as well as the tribe of birds that live there. S’Albufera Natural Park is just less than 10-minutes away from the town centre, and guests must collect an applicable permit from the visitor centre when parking their car here.
Hidropark is one of the most popular water parks in the entirety of Mallorca, attracting a large number of locals and tourists every year. Here, you will find a variety of water rides, such as Kamikaze and Octopus, as well as a thrilling wave pool. There is even a specific section dedicated to toddlers and small children known as Kids Zone. Hidropark also includes a wide variety of restaurants to ensure that the whole family can find something they enjoy. Tickets for this attraction can be purchased online for a discounted price of €27.95 for adults and €19.95 for children.
