Villa Luvina is a spacious, modern property located in a quiet and private street very close to the beautiful Cala Esmeralda beach. With so much on offer nearby, you can truly relax from the moment you arrive, only a short walk away from the villa you will find the Cala Gran beach and the centre of Cala D’Or, boasting various local restaurants and shops perfect for an evening out.
The villa is furnished in a modern, stylish way throughout. The ground floor offers a large living and dining room, the living space is light and airy, offering a balance of the internal and external through large glass doors. There is also a fully equipped kitchen for your use, perfect for whipping up a picnic to carry with you to the beach. The ground floor offers two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The further three en-suite bedrooms are on the first floor along with another bright living room which has access to a desirable terrace with sea views. The terrace is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening aperitif whilst the sunsets on the horizon.
Externally, Villa Luvina is architecturally, quite charming, providing a lovely back drop for lazing by the private swimming pool and reading your book, topping up your tan or watching children play in the pool. The pool is ideal for cooling off in the warm Spanish climate, with trees and plants surrounding the pool area, it has a calm and relaxing ambience. There is a barbecue and an outdoor dining table so this attractive outdoor space is fully prepared for those who enjoy dining al-fresco, although with tasty Spanish restaurants down the road, you may want to dine out every night! Villa Luvina is a care-free property that you can simply turn up and relax in, ideal for families or groups of friends.

About the surrounding area of Villa LuvinaCala D’Or is a beautiful holiday destination on Mallorca’s southeast coast. Cala D’Or may have started life as a little fishing village, but these days it is a well-loved and admires resort that comes with stylish shops, bars and restaurants. The area blends the charm of cobbled streets and low-rise buildings with modern amenities, maintaining an authentic Spanish style. The marina with its resident superyachts, adds an aspect of glamour to the area. You have 7 beaches to visit in Cala D’Or, all small and romantic, secluded coves with clear water. Cala Gran is the biggest of the beaches, where you can find watersports and sunbeds. There is something for everyone in the area.

THE REGION
Cala d'Or – or the 'Golden Bay' – is a popular beach area on the southeast coast of Mallorca, south of Portocolom and neighbouring the coastal town of Portopetro. In Cala d'Or you really get an all-round holiday experience with wonderful beaches, interesting excursions, well-preserved nature and varied nightlife.
Cala d'Or is an excellent spot for a beach holiday thanks to its impressive facilities and wonderful beaches. Huge fun is the mini 'train' which runs along the roads for holidaymakers between the main resort and beaches. The town is also a great base for exploring some of the best natural and historical sights that southeast Mallorca has to offer.
