From the kitchen, to the dining room, to the terrace, there are so many places to choose from in which to dine – you can try a new location every meal of the day! As the warm days turn into cooler evenings, wind down in the large, comfortable living room, with plenty of space for everyone to unwind in front of the TV in comfort. A utility room, complete with a washing machine and iron, create absolute ease of living so there’s nothing to stop you from enjoying every moment of your holiday.
All on one floor, find the first two of three bright and spacious bedrooms located down a little corridor from the main living area. The final, and finest, bedroom is a little further along, at the end of the corridor, and is complete with its own en suite. Each room features the same rustic wooden beams that extend throughout the house, and is decorated with the finest furniture and fittings. A further bathroom, equipped with a shower and bath, can be found just off from this main living area.
And finally, saving the sweetest surprise 'til the end, the real showpiece of this simply stunning property, step into your private garden. Adorned by plants and flowers of all sorts, the garden will revive and enrich you as you relax in its glow. Choose from breaking a sweat on the ping pong table, rustling up a tasty meal on the barbecue or simply kicking back on the sun terrace. And if it ever gets a little warm, dive into the fabulous 4x8m private pool and cool off.
And for when all you want to do is get out and explore – you couldn’t be better placed! Nestled perfectly between the towns of Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, choose between vast, scenic pathways or narrow, cobbled traditional streets; beach views or mountain trails; water-sports or open roofed cafes. What you should know…
- While you’re walking distance from many great amenities, car access is always useful to make the most of your stay on the island of Mallorca with limited other transport options available
- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August
- Please note that the private swimming pool is unfenced, so little ones must be well-supervised when playing in the vicinity

About the surrounding area of Can VicPollensa is the picture perfect district of Mallorca, regarded as the cultural centre of the north of the island! When people picture Mallorca, they might not know it, but often what they’re picturing is Pollensa. Endless sandy beaches and roads lined with palm-trees set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The diverse landscape, from fertile valleys to steep mountains and gently undulating hills and of course the beaches which seem to stretch endlessly to the horizon, is just one of the reasons that so many great artists have chosen to call this island home throughout the last century.
Just 4km West, the town of Pollensa will certainly provide your fill of authentic Spanish culture – 17th and 18th century houses, cobbled, winding streets and traditional markets every Sunday! Cafés, bars and restaurants are scattered in amongst traditional shops and large sections of the town are pedestrianised. And yet, 4km in the opposite direction, towards the beautiful coastline, the Port de Pollensa itself has a fabulous Pine Walk providing spectacular views of the bay, as well as large pedestrianised sections around the area, and there’s a huge water sports industry springing up in the shallow waters here – from paddle-boarding to kitesurfing, there’s something new to try for everyone!
Top tip: the viewpoint from the Calvario is an absolute must, if you can manage the climb!

THE REGION
Nestled on the far northwest coast, Cala Sant Vicenc is part of the municipal district of Pollenca and is more or less halfway between the town of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. Originally a fishing village, the town of Cala Sant Vicenc has several small bays with rugged and dramatic rocks and cliffs. The main attraction here is the tranquillity and the collection of small beaches.
The three small beaches in Cala Sant Vicenc, with their crystal clear seas, are particular favourites for both locals and tourists visiting the area. Cala Molins is the largest of the three and is, therefore, the hot spot for summer sunbathers. The smallest, Cala Clara, is a pebbled beach not ideal for sunbathing but is often a good place to snorkel and find crabs hiding in the rocks.
