Welcome to Cas Concos, a fully refurbished farmhouse in a quiet village, perfect for families and friends looking for a relaxing getaway. This charming home combines modern amenities with a cosy, traditional feel, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The house has two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright and spacious living room with traditional Mallorcan stone architecture, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with access to the pool terrace. This floor is also home to a double and a twin bedroom (bunk beds), with one bedroom accessible for wheelchair users. Guests can also find a family bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find three further twin bedrooms, as well as an upper terrace, accessible from one of the bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms on this floor, including an en-suite with both a bath and a separate shower.

Outside, the house features a spacious garden with lawned area, a barbecue and outdoor dining area, as well as a large outdoor kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and fridge. This setup is great for enjoying al-fresco meals with friends and family after a long day under the Mallorcan sun.

What you should know…

  • There are no handrails leading into the pool and the pool is unfenced, so children must be supervised when playing in the vicinity. Children should also be monitored when using the upper terrace
  • Due to its beautiful rural location a hire car is recommended for guests staying at Can Concos
  • As well as a variety of bed arrangements at Can Concos, one of the downstairs bedrooms is also wheelchair accesible

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €300 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? No.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday. All other days on request.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
